Review 1：A little bit far from the centre of town.

Review 2：Nice hotel.Good value for money with the half board option ,surprised how good the evening meal was given the price we paid.

Review 3：Room booked should have been deluxe was not broken fittings bathroom dirty and old. Staff were not friendly... When we arrived the room allocated smelt heavy of smoke they moved us to a room which they said was the only one left the hotel was only a quarter full ...this room was awful but we stayed there as it was only for two nights .. Would never stay in this hotel again..

Review 7：The staff were polite but not friendly, the receptionists were not helpful and could not provide basic information about the hotel such as how much a local call would cost and were not forthcoming with information about the area. The food was mediocre and cold. Although the rooms are spacious the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. There isn't a minibar in the room, as stated, but there is a fridge. We booked the adults only area to be able to relax after a day of sightseeing but it was a complete waste of money. The area closed at 6:00 pm and dinner wasn't served until 7:30. When we did attempt to use the facilities there weren't mattresses on the day beds and the hot tub was 21 degrees!!! Not exactly what we had paid for! Although the pool was open it is not heated and was very cold. There are many tour groups that frequent the hotel and many were shouting in the hallway at 7 am. I am aware the hotel cannot control the guests but please be aware that the walls are very thin and it is very noisy.

Review 9：The bed had a tough, and uncomfortable mattress. There was plenty of food, but not good quality. Hundreds were served in a buffet style restaurant, which made the dining room very noisy.

Restaurant open 19.30 - 22.00. 20.15 first night what food was available on the buffet was stone cold. 2nd night had guests with us at 20.30 virtually no food available and what was there was cold and inedible. 3rd night dinner at 7.30 - fair choice but again all cold or tepid. Over 2 nights only had vegetable soup! Breakfast everyday was cold unless you went in at 8.00 after that time hardly anything left and what was there was cold and congealed.

Review 15：This is a big, bustling, noisy hotel bursting with people and small children. No sense of occasion at this 4* hotel as guests had there meals in swimming trunks and flip flops. The spa treatments were amateur, my therapist left the room 3 times during a massage. She asked my to remove my own varnish before a manicure because she couldn't?? I ended up having to take off what she applied because it was gloopy.

Review 22：Warm welcome from all staff who were prepared to go that extra step to make one happy - sandwiches made when our arrival made us late for lunch was typical. Large well equipped room with additional sofa/bed and large bathroom with bath and shower with excellent pressure. Good selection of well prepared food (with hot food hot and cold food cold - unlike some other hotels we have visited !!). Very reasonable bar prices. Possibly the best designed pool we have encountered with no steps - just slopes with handrails for anyone a bit unsteady.

Review 36：Pool side loungers are always "reserved" with towels hours before pool opening, there are not enough for all guests. Child was hurt in the pool and the life guard did not help(no ice for the bump, plasters, etc). Elevators are slow and do not have air conditioning, it is so hot you can get heat stroke. Corridors (3rd floor) need a good hoovering, they have not seen a good clean in quite a while. Confirmed late checkout upon arrival, meanwhile day before check out I was offered an extra day at a discount rate which I had to decline, then was denied the previously confirmed late check out the night before leaving, although if willing to stay one more night the room was available...After all is said and done it was a pleasant holiday but the warm welcome on arrival definitely did not last up to departure, as we were checking out I felt as if we were cattle being herded out. No pleasantries, safe trip, etc.

Review 37：Picturesque hotel near to town Almuñecar (5 min drive) and nice walk along the coast. Great buffet and hard working, pleasant restaurant staff. Helpful housekeeping staff.
