Review 1：The hotel pool was difficult to access and closed during the hottest part of the day. The balcony could not be used because of old air conditioning unit blowing hot air onto the balcony. The shelf unit in the bathroom was rusty. There were no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge in the room. The hotel is quite a distance from the town requiring a bus or taxi every time. The price was very high for the service provided and I discovered others had paid significantly less than me. There were other places to stay in the area with more amenities and lower prices - something I only discovered in whilst I was there.
Review 2：The Manager/Staff were Excellent - very friendly and helpful. I had booked room only but was given breakfast at no extra charge. The condition of the room was clean and comfortable but some of the furniture was old and dated - especially the shelf unit in the bathroom, which was rusty. The balcony was pleasant with a nice view but too hot too sit on as the air conditioning unit was on the balcony and blew hot air out onto the balcony.
Review 3：It was difficult to find. We didn't know which exit from Highway 340to get down to the beach road. Of course, the next time will be easy!
Review 4：Right across from the beach was great! Just one flight up, or theelevator made going in and out of the room easy. Mercedes on the frontdesk is a wonderful hostess. Wonbderful sea-side chiringuitos forsardines and langostinos.

Review 7：The noise is excessive. Not just the regular street noise, but power tools early in the morning and the cleaning staff talking loudly in the hallway early.

Review 37：The picture of the hotel does not give a good impression of the hotel. The hotel is only the first floor of the building. Other floors are appartments. So it is a rather small hotel and the facilities are also limited. For example there is a swimming pool but when you want to use it you have to ask the key at the front desk. The furniture in the room is not so comfortable. There is no easy chair and a writing desk. When you have a room with balcony you can use chair and table on the balcony. The breakfast is very limited.
Review 38：The manager of the hotel was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is located somewhat outside of Almunecar but close enough to reach the town by foot. The surrounding of the hotel is more quit than in the center of Almunecar. There is a good beach very close to the hotel. Alunecar is a very nice town to go around.
Review 39：Too many dogs on the beach.There was alot of dogs fouling on the beach and their owners ignoring it and not picking up the mess.

Review 42：This a very well situated hotel right on the sea front but in a quieter and less built up part of Almunecar. Brilliant view of the sea and the bay of Almunecar from the balcony / little terrace. The staff is VERY friendly and I will surely come again for the Fireworks next year.
