Review 3：The fact that we were only allowed to use the thermal pool once even though we were satying for 3 days. That was disappointing.

Review 4：The setting, the grounds, common areas are wonderful. The food is excellent and the dining area very pleasant. The restaurant staff were always polite and accommodating. Excellent outdoor pool and solarium.

Thermal pool and other installations on the themes in the old building are very tame pool only just warm , sauna and vaporarium not switched on or given access to guests that book for the night .. We were told pool is only warm to suit their old clientele ! This side of things could be improved .

Review 13：A this time of the year, there were few guests using the dining room in the evening. Consequently, with just five tables in use in a large room, the atmosphere was lacking. In addition, the service, while being efficient and friendly was very fast. If you are there to enjoy an evening as we were, it meant that our mel was over very quickly. We would suggest that when the season is finished by and large, that a smaller area for dining might be arranged. Please do not use these comments as a complaint as they are not. More of a suggestion for a minor improvement.
