Reviews for Hotel Le Jardin

Review 1:Breakfast was overpriced 8e, few croissants, a cup of juice and cup of coffee. Wifi was not working well, very slow.

Review 2:Staff were very friendly but they did not speak English. A garage for the bicycles

Review 3:They didnt clean our rooms, we were there 3 nights. If we asked for clean towels, no problem, but they still didn't clean .

Review 4:Very easy to find, good value, fiendly staff ,

Review 5:Cramped room, screen door only to toilet, expensive for quality of accommodation compared to others we stayed in

Review 6:Good location, easy to find, triple room and decent breakfast with friendly staff

Review 7:Price and the people running the hotel really make a positive difference. It is good place for a one night visit to the city. We saw improvements underway so it should keep getting better.

Review 8:If only there had been a kettle. It would have made my stay perfect.

Review 9:Warm welcome. Generous French breakfast with the best cafe au lait in France. A power shower with instantaneous masses of hot water. A huge comfy bed. Room 18 is very large with its own balcony.

Review 10:The wet room had a blocked waste and water ran into the bedroom, also the TV wasn't working

Review 11:Location in the centre of Lens and free parking, which is limited to 4 cars

Review 12:Very enthusiastic lovely staff. Newly refurbished. A large room with huge wet room, perhaps a little bare but it was designed for wheelchair access. which maybe explains it. Very good price. Nice bar attached. Owners only took over recently and still working on it and we wish them great success.

Review 13:We got to the hotel & were greeted by the owner who was an absolutely lovely bloke, helped up with our bikes, to put them in his garage, upgraded our room at short notice, with no extra charge. The room itself was amazing, huge room with a wet room which was a lovely surprise. The owner's wife, whilst speaking little English & us only a bit of French was hugely welcoming & made us feel at home. Free wifi was good too. We would've paid more for the wonderful hospitality, it really was excellent, they went above & beyond to make us feel at ease & welcome. We would definitely stay again ourselves & highly recommend to any people wanting a relatively budget hotel that exceeds all expectations. Thanks very much for having us!

Review 14:to get warm water you will have to wait 10 minutes ( in the room 26) I had a mushroom in my jam ! They are afraid of dog ! strange for a pet friendly place ..... no toilette paper in the WC

Review 18:I arrived carelessly late in the middle of the night and was warmly welcomed inside after calling to say I would be arriving late. A big thank you. The bed was super comfortable, I slept like a drunk in an alley. Very nice simple breakfast. Parking right outside.

Review 19:The floor was cold, so slippers needed.

Review 20:Quaint hotel in an ideal location close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Review 22:Clean white linen, comfortable bed, good Continental breakfast

Review 23:WiFi was poor and kept dropping out even though we asked to be movedto a room on ground floor nearer the router, need to invest in abetter system.

Review 24:Good central location to Lons town centre , polite and very helpfulstaff , will most definitely stay again.
