Review 1：We were at the hotel at the end of the year, nothing is really open at that time, but the staff recommended us great restaurant and local food. A supermarket is just right next door, very convenient. Also, the hotel has a big parking lot. The location is not in the city center, yet easy to drive to tourist attraction such as mont st micheal and st malo. The hotel room is very clean and new.

Review 5：The hotel is well positioned for places to visit in the St Malo area. The hotel is modern and clean and is run by a charming couple who live on the premises. They are committed to providing a very good customer experience. And breakfast is not to be missed - good food and very good value.

Review 15：Very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. We arrived at 6:30 pm and management was there to check us in. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Bypassing the tourist hotels in MSM and Pontorson was the best decision we made: Quad room was perfect for us and our two teens. They were sold out the night of our stay (7/13) so definitely book in advance!

Review 16：The checking in was fantastic. We contacted hotel that we will be late checking in. The staff instructed us what to do. It was a checking in machine outside the property which was easy to operate and understand. After we enter the property, the gate auto lock to ensure proper security. The staff is professional, friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, value for money.

Review 17：The hotel is like a retirement home & not suitable for young guests since you are not allowed to talk in your room or have some drinks after midnight. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere (ie industrial area) and reminds of a cheap motel. The hotel charged for additional cleaning charges and maintenance costs which were not even caused by the hotel guests. These costs were ridicolous since the cleaning is usually included in the hotel price. The costs were drawn from the credit card without authorization. The lady at the reception was really impolite and has no experience how it works in bigger and well-established hotels.

There was an issue of us charged for two rooms but this was all sorted before we woke up the next morning and the manageress came and spoke to us in person in the morning to apologise - you can't ask for more than that.

In a very quiet location on a new trading estate on the very edge of Dol-de-Bretagne - I happened to stay there as I had a business meeting in the Dol area, but this would be a very good location for anyone visiting the area, very close to Mont St Michel, and Dol is itself a very pleasant. The management is a family living on the premises and they were extremely welcoming.

It is a buffet but everything has been miniaturized probably to keep you from overeating (actually a good thing). This probably helps keeping the price of the breakfast low which is another good thing.

Review 32：Modern hotel built for efficiency with very friendly and helpful staff. The location outside Dol-de-Bretagne is dull but it does not really matter and there is easy access to the highway. Finding the hotel on Google maps in advance can help route finding. The rooms are small but not too small. WiFi is very good most of the time. The hotel is very good value for money.

The family room with 4 single beds was decent and clean. The staff were very kind and gave us sufficient information in English. The quality of French breakfast was also satisfactory (Price was very good.).
