Reviews for Le 33 Chambres d'Hôtes

Review 1:It's a nice and comfortable bnb, location is good, bed is comfortable, and the owner is very friendly. Will recommend you to stay here if you are visiting Lens

Review 2:no parking except in the street (payant before 1800) noisy plumbing in the night (the heating, not my digestion)

Review 3:friendly, comfortable, very convenient for town

Review 4:Our room was on the second floor, meaning two flights of stairs, but owner was helpful in carrying luggage. Basic French breakfast, adequate, but I've had better quality croissants and bread than these.

Review 5:Though the room itself was not particularly large, the bathroom was ample, with a separate toilet. All equipment and decoration new and modern, lighting was good. Coffee/tea making facility available.

Review 6:We are on the third floor. Stairs are very steep so difficult getting suitcases up and you had to watch your footing coming and going. Proprietor helped my wife with her suitcase.

Review 7:Balcony room with king size bed, refrigerator stocked with drinks ( beer, wine, juice, soft drinks & water) snack food (chips, nuts & candy bars), huge shower with bath robes and free laundry facilities. We are walkers so it was close enough to canals and museums and within walking distance of banks, shops and the tram system. Proprietor was excellent to show us around and point out all the amenities this B & B had to offer. Provided a detailed map with additional sights to see.

Review 8:Nothing

Review 9:Superb old house with really lovely decor and furniture, combining the old french town style with modern facilities. Lovely room overlooking the garden and breakfast was great.

Review 22:We had only three nights in Lens, but could have spent more time to see surrounding sights.

Review 23:The 33 is a short block and a half from the station. Monsieur. is there to greet you and make you comfortable. His English is good and he can direct you to all interesting places. Examine his art collection! Do not miss the Louvre Lens, nor the city sculptures erected around town. The 33 is a.perfect home for these activities.
