Review 1：The house is - probably like most old houses in souther Europe - build without any sound isolation and the room doors are not more than a visual protection. Folks in other rooms can even listen to your phone conversations. -1 point for that, otherwise great location!
Review 2：Nina and Mat are both very helpful and friendly, always offering tips for activities in the area and for places to go out dining. Good continental breakfast buffet with lots of local products - luckily not an English breakfast! ;-) Wonderful garden, were the breakfast can be served.
Review 3：Matt and Nina the owners made our stay! They were really welcoming and full of local information. Our room was large and tastefully furnished, the bathroom contemporary and spotless. The bougainvillea covered terrace for breakfast and evening drinks was beautiful! We will be back!

Review 33：Very clean and comfortable B & B. Nothing too much trouble for owners to do to make clients feel welcome. Lots of little extras, e.g., lending us beach towels at no extra cost; able to use facilities such as beautiful garden during the day; supplied honesty box for clients to help themselves to snacks, wine etc . Breakfasts a delight. We left at 4 a.m. and small breakfast buffet put out for us. Wifi excellent.
Review 34：We were there when it was hot at night and had the room at the top in the roof. This meant that even with the fan running it was a choice of keeping the windows open and getting the street noise or being that bit too hot. However, even the locals were sayng that it was difficult to sleep at night because of the heat so we had unusually hot weather. The lighting in the living room was insufficient to read by in the evenings and a light on a motion sensor would be a useful addition. The towels got changed the last two days of our stay and it would have been nicer to have them changed just once but half way through the week. It seemed a bit of a waste to have new ones on the last day. One odd thing was that the plug was too big for the sink plug hole in our bathroom. Perhaps take one of those rubber travel plugs.
Review 35：This B&B is run by an English couple but is very much Mallorcan and the owners have taken care to keep it that way. The houses are traditionally stone and line long narrow streets such that the streets are kept cool. The gardens are at the back. Breakfast is served in the garden which is very pretty. Breakfast is cereal, fruit, meats, cheese, breads and jams. Coffee and tea are served and you can have as much as you want. Nina and Matthew give advice on walks and places to visit and have good local knowledge. There are some walk and tour books in the lounge that guests can borrow for the day. There are also beach towels that guests can borrow. The entrance hall is nicely fragranced with flowers or scented candles. It is a peaceful sort of place. Nina leaves snacks for departing guests so that you don't necessarily have to buy food at the airport. The room itself was clean and well laid out. The bathroom has nice soap, shower gel and shampoo provided as well as large toothbrush mugs. There is a hair dryer provided. There is a big ceiling fan in the bedroom. I could get WiFi in the room if I first went to the door to make the initial connection. The house is an easy stroll from the town square, the train station or tram stops.

Review 44：We had a lovely stay at Casa Bougainvillea and would absolutely recommend it! It was easy to find and centrally located. The owners, Matthew and Nina, were most helpful and accomodating. The accomodation was spotlessly clean, well presented and comfortable. We had the garden suite which was a lovely little retreat with kitchen/lounge facilities and a gorgeous little courtyard garden complete with sunbeds and tables and chairs. The breakfasts were fresh, tasty and made up of locally sourced ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, would recommend to all and would go back for sure!

Breakfast in the courtyard was a pleasure. There are is plenty of information on the area, general reading books and use of a shared honesty bar for hot and cold drinks.
