Review 1：Out of Town by about 20 -30 minutes on wrong side of water. Looked over commercial port and warehousing and plant buildings. Not a salubrious area. Didn't stay 2nd night even though we had to pay for it.

Review 3：The hotel was not where Booking.com showed on their map. It was not in Sable D'Olonne and not physically connected. There are ferries but only one runs in September and not in the evening. As it was Monday, Very limited bars and restaurants open. Website needs to be more accurate.

Review 5：Central to restaurants and historical fishing port, near the leisure marina. Wonderful hotel, friendly and welcoming staff, no problems, any questions just ask. Buffet style breakfast excellent with a vast choice of food to suit all European breakfast tastes. Room clean light and airy, with everything in working order. No wonder we keep going back for long and short stays!

Review 9：Very clean, comfortable and well arranged. Large room, with the toilet and bathroom (those being a room on their own) being fully seperated from the main room. Very nice balcony. Good wifi. Very friendly staff. Only a couple of minutes drive to the heart of the town.

Review 22：The balcony needed a good clean and new furniture. No tea/coffee making equipment in room or bar in hotel so no beverages available except cold drinks in mini bar.

Review 23：All the staff are super friendly and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is only a minute's walk from the Marina and superb small restaurent called Le P'tit Louis and a few minutes walk from ferry accross the harbour to all facilities.

Review 26：Due to the one way system in the town do not trust you sat nav to find the hotel - it will try to take you through footpaths. Good for a stay over only. I would not want to be in the town for more than one evening. There is nothing there really.

Review 27：Good location by the port.But be careful to go out of the correct doors from reception or you have a very unatractive and long walk to find the port. Minimalist bedroom and fuctional.

Review 28：Bed was very uncomfortable still in pain four days later. Says it is in the port which in theory it is but not the side with restaurants etc misleading info on the site a taxi was necessary to get to the actual port. Area appears quite rough not comfortable standing outside at night

Review 30：It was a lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are basic but clean and are situated in a very convenient place for everything.

Review 31：Nothing as far as we were concerned!Maybe some visitors would find it a long way from the main town, and it's certainly a long walk, but there are plenty of boats which provide a very pleasant way to travel for only 1 Euro each way. The navette from the Town Centre into La Chaume runs every few minutes until 2am in high season.

Review 33：Really well located for the harbour and joined to main town by ferry. All facilities of Sables D'Olonne without the horrendous traffic. Excellent staff and a very good qua Ity and value breakfast. Stay here if you visit South West France!

Review 38：When i booked over the internet a room with harbour veiw it was just a little far away from the port also it is a good walk into Les Sables and the beech great if your sailing but a little far out otherwise i was very happy with hotel and the staff they made up for i.

Review 42：We loved the balcony overlooking the Marina. There were three areas to eat within walking distance although to get to the main town and beach it was easier to catch the ferry. The staff were friendly and the breakfast plentiful and varied. There was a Super U just across the road for any shopping you needed, also bowiling and cinema if you wanted that sort of entertainment.
