Reviews for Hotel Salvia
Review 1:The place well lived up to the excellent reviews. The beauty of the hotel and surroundings enhanced the relaxing atmoshere. Information was easily accesible and the food great.
Review 2:The only down side was that we had to leave.
Review 3:It is a beautiful and picturesque building which has been decorated and fitted out to a very high spec. The couple who run it, Patrick and Sacha, could not do enough for their guests. If you want a day by the pool, you are guaranteed peace, tranquillity and relaxation. The food there was also absolutely amazing- the best meal we had all week was at the Salvia hotel.
Review 4:The fact that we had to leave after 4 days! We wanted to stay forever!!
Review 5:This hotel is perfect in every way. It is in a beautiful location and the hotel is intimate without being claustrophobic. The service is second to none and the food is excellent. I really cannot praise the hotel and the staff enough. I cannot wait to return.
Review 6:Nothing to dislike.
Review 7:The staff were professional, friendly and enthusiastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Really genuine, nice people who were never intrusive but got things done. Sascha and Patrick are respected in the town and it is obvious why they get top ratings. We are not ones to respond to questionnaires however this hotel and all the staff make giving praise easy. Every review of the Salvia Hotel is correct...the best of the best
Review 8:Nothing to dislike
Review 9:Sacha and Patrick are perfect hosts nothing is too much trouble and their genuine friendliness shines through. Only a small staff but all of them seem happy in their work. Highly recommended.
Review 10:The salvia is an amazing boutique hotel, with the added bonus that the owners really take care of their guests. Their knowledge of where to eat, what to do really takes the pressure off when only staying for a few days. Both the evening meal and breakfasts were exceptional. Fresh, imaginative dishes. It's not a cheap place to stay, but it's really worth every penny. Stunning views of the mountains from the terrace/pool area.
Review 11:There wasn't much not to like - if being really choosey would have liked heated towel rail and heated pool.
Review 12:Bespoke service, every request was immediately acted upon and with a smile. A beautifully appointed hotel gorgeous breakfasts.
Review 13:The stairs to our room were quite steep!
Review 14:Central yet peaceful location with great views. Beautiful building and very friendly and helpful staff.

Review 20:The hotel is beautiful, friendly and extremely comfortable. Everyone on the staff was very helpful and eager to make our stay everything we expected and more. The food was great! Both breakfast and dinner were a treat. The outdoor dining area and pool were heavenly.
Review 21:Nothing, it really is that good.
Review 22:Patrick and Sasha are superb hosts, the Salvia delightfully located close to the heart of Soller yet in a quiet situation with comfortable grounds and superb mountain views.
Review 23:Serene and elegant. The managers and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If you are very lucky, they will be serving dinner during your stay. If so, take the opportunity to enjoy a delightful meal. So happy we made the trip to Seller and stayed at Hotel Salvia.
Review 24:For 1000 euros a night, I would not expect to have to pay a supplement to have cooked eggs for breakfast
Review 25:Service was immaculate. Ambiance. Surroundings - both indoor and outdoor - made for perfect relaxation. Small number of rooms = no crowds.
Review 26:Everything - beautiful hotel, beautiful decor, attentive and friendly staff, location was perfect, food was wonderful. Felt like we were guests in a house rather than at a hotel.
Review 27:Although we were very pleased with our stay and we might come back for a couple of nights, the rooms are a bit pricey and internet was down for most of our stay.
Review 28:Beautiful villa, very tastefully decorated in classical style, very comfortable rooms with gorgeous views of the mountains, very nice and well-kept courtyard/garden with pool, super-friendly extremely helpful staff. We felt at home!
Review 29:A beautiful old townhouse and garden transformed into a perfect high-quality small quiet hotel with beautiful classical period furniture and run by a team of top-class friendly and helpful staff.
Review 30:The hotel does not provide dinner everynight but we were there right at the end of the season and our stay did not coincide with one of their BBQ's or tasting dinners. No doubt during the high season they happen much more regularly.
Review 31:The hotel is in an old spanish merchant's villa - beautifully decorated and excellent facilities. The management staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. The view from the room is of the beautiful mountains. The rooms are delightful and there is a mini-bar with real cold milk to make coffee and tea! There is a huge sitting room for the residents to use and a large DVD library should it rain or you fancy a night in. The bed was so comfortable I got home and sorely missed it. The pool was spottlessly clean with proper solid loungers.
Review 32:The bed and pillows were particularly firm which didn't suit us but perhaps we are just getting old!
Review 33:Lovely building, garden and decor, quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the main square, tram, train etc. Lovely to look out at the mountains close by. Host, Patrick couldn't have been more helpful. Soller is a lovely small but vibrant town, near to a charming port and within easy distance of Palma. The price was fair - seems to be what you have to pay to get somewhere really nice and a bit different. The honesty bar was a nice idea.
Review 34:Beautiful house, very nice rooms and great breakfast (even though you pay 4 € extra for eggs with bacon and toast. But they are really good).

Review 39:Great hotel, great service and nice people, what more could you ask for ?
Review 40:Euro 4 for cooked breakfast when it already cost so much!
Review 41:Garden was lovely, Garden suite was large and well appointed.
