Reviews for Hotel Europa
Review 1:Because of location near beach it was a little further away from main town centre(can't have it all)
Review 2:Position near beach Clean pool area with beds Ample parking places
Review 3:Wifi was a bit hit or miss but bearable.
Review 4:Peaceful large room looking over the garden. Cuisine was excellent as was the breakfast. Staff totally helpful.
Review 5:- Location is a bit isolated. You need to drive to nearly all restaurants- the rooms are REALLY small - at least ours was. We are talking the size of a cheap hotel room in NYC. The rooms were well-decorated, but there was barely room to fit our suitcases in the room. - the evening receptionist was unhelpful. She told us that Hotel Europa restaurant did not serve after nine (it was a few minutes after) and told us that only place on Quiberon that was open for dinner after 9pm was a casino nearby. Thankfully we did our own research and found a lovely place to go instead. There were lots of places open, as well. (Btw, when we returned from our dinner, there were people still eating at the restaurant. I would suggest a bit more flexibility in the restaurant schedule since the hotel is further out than some. - the view of the sea is lovely, but just know that the parking lot is in front of the hotel, so you get a view of the parking lot, as well as the sea.
Review 6:- Hotel was right on the beach ( though separated by a road)- Good wi-fi connection - fully renovated and updated hotel, including lobby, bedrooms, baths. It's much nicer on the inside than the outside. - free parking, large lot - very clean
Review 7:the wi-fi was non existant went to reception 3 or 4 times they gave me a new code every time still didnt work its time these hotels had to tell the truth about wi-fi and how bad it is and i certainly would not booked a stay here and i wont in the future.
Review 8:A bit far from good eateries. Weekend breakfast was crowded.
Review 9:Helpful staff some of whom spoke limited English. Nice room with a view of the sea. Free car park. Friendly.
Review 10:nothing...
Review 11:everything! the location ,in front of the ocean we arrived around 4pm,went downstairs to get some beer from the bar and sat on the balcony and enjoyed the wiew.great ocean front walking path for early morning walk.
Review 12:Room a little on the small and cramped side and would prefer to have at least a shower curtain or separate shower - this is basic stuff, isn't it?
Review 13:For the location alone it is worth more than its stars. Good Value, if we are in the region again we will certainly consider this hotel.
Review 14:Heavy toilet door - would have preferred bathroom and toilet all together.
Review 15:Availability of pool and provision of extra towels etc. to be used there. Many of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Review 16:Nothing, just wished we'd found it years ago!
Review 17:Based right on the sea front in a very quiet spot. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Food was excellent and a superb buffet breakfast. Be sure to book a sea facing room
Review 18:noisy - very poor accoustic isolation between rooms (specially other rooms bathrooms...) or corridor
Review 19:good breakfast, very complete, lot of choices location (although sea side rooms are much more expensive than garden view rooms)
Review 20:This was our second stay at this nice hotel. The rooms are dry comfortable, and the restaurant and bar are also great. We liked the helpful service and warm welcome by the staff.
Review 21:Unreliable wifi
Review 22:Room was a bit small for two adults, a child and a baby. On the expensive side for the facilities offered.
Review 23:The hotel had a pool.
Review 24:Friendly staff Great location View of sea dorm dining room Swimming pool
Review 25:Having to log on to the wifi several times instead of the system recognising me once and for all.
Review 26:Excellent cuisine - wifi simple to log on
Review 27:Very small room.
Review 28:Room had a balcony. Hotel over the road from sea. Quiet location. Friendly staff.
Review 29:No taxis on the peninsular.
Review 30:Everything was great. I'll be back.

Review 44:Hotel rooms were modern & well appointed. Location was quiet, & breakfast was the best we've had during our travels in France!
Review 45:Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated
Review 46:Fabulous location, lovely, clean, well presented rooms with comfortable beds. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Review 47:Room a little small and in need of some end of season sprucing up.
Review 48:Excellent restaurant with attentive staff. Lovely swimming pool. Near to beach and walks.. Comfortable bedroom.
Review 49:Helpful, courteous, and polite staff, close to a beach and great park, great restaurant inside hotel, close to marina, great value for the price, scenic countryside drive to destination.
Review 50:The rooms were quite small - swinging a cat around would have had dire consequences for the cat. For one night it was tolerable but if I had stayed longer I would have wanted a larger room. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We avoided the breakfast as this was a hefty extra charge. All in all a pleasant experience - we wished that we could have longer (in bigger rooms).
Review 51:The relatively modern hotel Europa is well positioned just outside the harbour area on the east side of Quiberon with great views over the Bay. Our rooms had seaviews with small balconies. The blue lighting in the shower cubicle was novel - gave the impression of showering in a discotheque. Free WiFi in the room was appreciated. Free car parking on site. We had a set meal in the hotel restaurant which was superb. I had the obligatory oysters from the quiberon bay followed by a novel salmon dish with courgettes and a delicious creamy sauce. The meal was topped off with a great cheese board. The wines were pricey but still afforable. We didn't have time to make use of the indoor pool.
Review 52:"Free" wifi worked well but set up was not ideal, one had to see a short video advert before you were online.
Review 53:Almost everything, breakfast buffets were excellent.
Review 54:Only downside that we encountered was that some of the kitchen staff insisted on playing football below our (and others') balcony for three or four evenings, before the restaurant opened. We found this unprofessional and disrespectful, not to mention not very hygienic (although I assume they washed before handling food).
Review 55:Location of the hotel is excellent, being around 100 yards from the beach. It is located in a fairly quiet yet scenic part of Quiberon, with beautiful views out into the sea. There are a number of pretty walks out into the town itself, or away from the port. My partner and I spent many late evening walks along the beach - it was very romantic to be there. The food available in the restaurant was top notch and very well priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the good value and quality. The view over the sea while eating made it very special. All in all, we had a relaxing break and definitely intend to visit again next year, this time with a little one in tow.
Review 56:The lighting in the bathroom was poor and the closet doors kept coming off the track and the clothes hangers were constantly falling off the bar.
Review 57:The staff was especially guest-friendly. The room was small but comfortable. Everything about the room and the hotel was in good order - except (see below)
Review 58:Strong musty damp smell in room
Review 59:Close to beach and town
Review 60:No air conditioning in our room weather was very hot uncomfortable to sleep at night .
Review 61:Friendliness of owners felt like we had know them a long time .
Review 62:super location.do not be put off by relative ugly building, everything about the hotel is perfect.
Review 63:Rooms a bit small
Review 64:Position with sea view
Review 65:size of rooms very small
Review 66:Friendly reception, well designed accommodation, good pool , well positioned o9n the coast. Standard of food
Review 67:Staff were excellent as was resturant , bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in will return one day for sure .
