Review 1：Really good hotel, well managed by the family who ownes it. The room is nice and very confortable, with a large screen size Smart TV. WIFI is excellent! The food is delicious, and the stuff is professional and helpful. The spa area is excellent for the hotel its size. Definatelly will come back!!

Review 2：The hotel closes at 10 pm. I arrived at midnight and the reception was closed. I rang the bell and nobody opened the door for me. They also charged me for the first night. We talked to the hotel manager was very mean to us and didn't help us in any way possible. Their breakfast variety is very poor.

Review 3：There was no aircondition They had "sweet corner" between 3 and 5 pm, but you had to pay extra for the coffee Not possible to change dinners if you had guests dining and you did not eat yourselves one evening

Review 4：Kitchen should use more spices, for such good courses blunt taste should not be the way. One of the waitressess should consider changing her attitude towards the clients, as refusing to serve fresh eggs for breakfast is not the best way to be, especially when for other waiter it was never a problem.

Review 5：The atmosphere and hotel are a great place to have a week off in Alpes. Great sauna's and leisure facilities. Rooms very comfortable. Friendly and helgul staff.

Review 6：We weren´t satisfied with the prices of drinks during dinners and the attitued of Dietmar when we didn´t want to order expences drinks (his level of service was afterwards significantly lower).

Review 8：Sauna is quite small and always occupied, if there is another classical sauna instead of large infrasauna and aroma sauna (which were always empty) it would be beneficial.

Review 18：- Extremely unfriendly personal- very expensive wine list - more than 15 euro higher prices than in every nearest restuarants (incl very luxury) - dinner lasts over than 50 minutes - extreemly small food portions - they take 23 euro per day for the 10 months baby!!! (ALL other hotels gives the child bed for free!!). - no wifi in the rooms, only in lobby and corridors - never will return there

Review 20：More discipline needs to be imposed on guests. Often, children ran in and out of the adult-only nude sauna areas. Some guests clearly had no dress sense and dined in beachwear (in February!). But overall it's a very nice hotel and I hope to re-visit!

Review 21：The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable with a nice view of the kinder slopes and an excellent view up the valley to the glacier from the balcony. Food was very healthy but with opportunity to replace calories lost during skiing. The Wellness area was very pleasant when it was kept adult-only. The location of the hotel, in front of the ski school meeting place, is ideal.
