Review 1：A nice quiet location by the Garonne, much better than the big chain hotels nearer the airport but still very easy as a base into Toulouse or to reach the airport. A good evening meal on the premises was a helpful bonus.

Review 5：I loved staying at le Deauville hotel. The staff was very nice and understanding with my poor french. The room, though small and simple furnished was very clean and tidy. In the morning I went for jogging along the side of the Garonne river. The soumd of river and singing of birsd was so relaxing!! French breakfast! You could eat as much as you want.

Review 7：No restaurant, bar or facilities at all Friday evening until Monday lunchtime. We arrived about 1pm on Saturday to find a note on reception door telling us our room number and the access door to the apartments where we found our key in the lock. We then did not see anyone till breakfast on Sunday morning. Very much used for the business person who is out all day working. If you are on holiday you definitely need a car to go out to eat as local restaurants are closed Sunday's and it is a 20 minutes walk into Blagnac to eat on a Saturday. We had to use the local bus to go into Toulouse on the Sunday in order to get a meal (and a drink). Our room was only given a quick wipeover because no actual cleaning staff on hand till midweek. I am very annoyed that Booking.com had not mentioned anything regarding weekend closures as we booked our stay for our final 2 nights to be near the airport after finishing with an hire car at Saturday lunch time. The weekend closures are mentioned on the hotel's French website. We flew home Monday lunchtime after feeling virtually isolated for 2 days. I cannot comment on restaurant or bar or staff as we saw none. The Breakfast provided was minimal and the same bread near the toaster was there on the Monday morning-rock hard.

Review 9：We were staying there during a heatwave (38-43C) and the room we had did not have airconditioning. However, the big trees and light breeze kept the room relatively cool. There is no elevator to the second floor (not a problem for us).
Review 10：The whole experience was very enjoyable. The location was great for easy access to the airport. The building and its restaurants and terraces were very conducive for a relaxing experience. The staff were very helpful and professional. The food was great and the service typical french.

Review 14：Lovely scenery, great walks by the riverside. Nice food on the terrace under the flowering trees, what's not to like? Attentive and friendly staff, a good start to a vacation in France. Easy walking to a great tavern for drinks, tapas or meals. .

Review 16：Not being able to stay for several days! Also, although the bathroom was very lovely and modernized, getting in and out of the beautiful tub was a bit Treacherous. Perhaps a non skid rubber mat as an option would be appropriate and much appreciated.
Review 17：This is a charming hotel well worth the "off the beaten path" search. The friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff and Monsieur Jacques were most welcomed after a long day on the road and sightseeing. There was a mix up on the room assignment which was immediately resolved without rancor or annoyance. Our second room was large, very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the Garonne river just below us from our balcony terrace. Dinner was very tasty indeed and reasonably priced. We were the last ones there and not a hint of being rushed! Despite a large ongoing dinner event that night, Jacques went out of his way to help us get gas since our cards wouldn't work. That was kindness and concern which was deeply appreciated and demonstrated true French hospitality. He can command my regiment any time! I offer him my best version of a French salute! Je vous dois une mon ami!
