Review 1：Hot water...well good luck with that. I had a private bathroom but those that didn't made so much noise going to and from the shared bathroom that I am glad I was out until 6am. Generally clean but the glass in the bathroom had toothpaste residue in it. Brought a little bar of soap from the hotel in Barcelona as there was none there.

Review 2：The desk staff were very attentive and caring. Awesome location. Only a few minutes from pretty much anywhere in Sant Carles.

Review 3：The custumer service was horrible. We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. We rang the door bell several times, dialed the number... and finaly was told that they are coming. The guy was in a bar up the street and the front desk left empty! We went through the same nightmare for the check out. Nobody showed up, the front desk abandoned. Dialed 2 different numbers and both were unvailable. At the end we were told (over the phone) to leave the keys ar the empty desk and that was it. Never received a receipt, eventhough we asked for it.

Review 8：Dark room. Noisy from nearby Saturday night concert until 5 am. Neighbour rooms are noisy slamming door late night. Hardly any warm water for shower. Warm room with half broken fan, very noisy so not usable. Room is clean though with helpful staff. Good location.

Review 9：The rooms were clean and not to small like a lot other hotels of this kind. Especially the bathroom was big. The staff was also really nice. We arrived late (22:30) and left early (6:45). But both was no problem at all. The location is good as it is quiet and not far away from the beach and different shops.
