Review 1：Very modest - the hotel can qualify for two small stars No exhaustion/ventilation in the bathroom - damp for hours. Our doublebed occupied 80% of the available space

Review 4：Superb location for Briancon & Serre Chevalier Vallee. Ideal & convenient for skiing the valley or as a summer base. The old town is fascinating. This is a basic, somewhat old-fashioned, family run hotel. So don't expect luxury. However there is: loads of hot water; loads of warmth; good mountain views. Breakfast is basic but fine for skiing on. The family owners and staff are very friendly & helpful and speak English. We'd stay there again.

Review 12：This is a great little place if you are travelling on a budget. It is close to the Briancon main railway station and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Best part was the views of the surrounding mountains from the hotel! For the price we paid, we honestly did not expect luxury and this is certainly not somewhere I would expect people that are used to luxury travel to enjoy, however for a young couple on a small budget, this place delivers beautifully. A bath, a balcony, a flat screen tv ,AND a mountain view for 60 euros? not to mention immaculately clean too! 10/10 for everything!

Review 34：Very friendly and helpful staff! Previous comments are real! The hotel is functional, clean but not really "latest design", excellent service for the price. Recommended.

Review 35：The room was very cold, maybe +15 C or less inside. I complained at the reception, but the only thing they could do was providin me with an extra blanket. Besides, there was a funny smell in the room (smelled like old stuff), and since it was cold, opening the window was not an option. Breakfast is expensive for what it is (there are other breakfast options around, except Sunday).

Review 36：Location is good: not far from the train station, pretty close to ski lifts, skibus stop and restauraunts. I had a room with shower but without WC, but WC was next door. Overall, excellent value for money.

Very good location close to Prorel 1 station where you can locate and leave your skies and shoes on the left to the entrance at "Twinner alves sports" (Philippe and Nathalie Alves). The owners of the hotel "Mont-Brison" Jean Francois and Anne-Marie are very friendly and hospitable, they will help you in everything.

Review 40：Static sheets / blankets…there were blue sparks to be seen at night when moving underneath! Weird. Everything is functional just not refined, but it is budget

Review 44：The hallways are very dark so the simple task of unlocking your door becomes an adventure at night. Also, the lift is incredibly small. Think max 2 two people and *maybe* 2 suitcases. But it gets the job done and that's all I care about.

Review 45：Amazing views from our balcony. Easy access to the roads to get you down south and north. The couple who run it are very helpful and nice. The husband does not speak much English, but after gestures and a few choice words he managed to point us in the right direction. Grocery store and restaurants right around the corner. I thought it was a typical European hotel. No frills, has all the necessities, and gets the job done.
