Review 1：The receptionist (said he was from Italy) gave us our documents, etc to the room high up in hotel and when we got to the room we realised he had forgotten to give us the room key so we had to go back to get it. The apartment was basic with no pictures or atmosphere. The cleaners left their brooms and buckets in the bathroom and when we reported this nothing was done. The pictures on the apartment we had are misleading - and it is totally over-priced and I definitely do not recommend anybody staying here.

Review 9：Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, the staff were very friendly & helpful. It's a quiet area but that's what we wanted so just perfect ! Hotel very clean & comfortable, glad we booked the sea view though wouldn't have wanted to be overlooking the rear car park.

Review 10：The hotel and facilities are quite nice, and kept clean, but it's more "run down" than the pictures leaves you believing. The beds are quite hard and not so comfortable. Lastly there is construction ongoing on the lot right next to the hotel, that leads to quite a bit of noise and dust, making the terrace and pool less valuable at the moment.

Review 11：The town is really nice, we drove allot and thought that we were in the nicest and least tourist overrun place of what we saw (when near the coast) The staff was very friendly and we were very happy with the service. Try the well recommended family run tapas place in town, the reviews are accurate, the food is great and the prices are very reasonable. (well worth the wait)

Review 12：Being picky a kettle in the room would be nice and an iron but that said we could have asked for these at reception but did't so not a big deal. Nearby building works noisy but we got used to it and again this was not the fault of the hote.l

Review 19：We have stayed here in June 14 so we are making comparisons in thisreview, but I feel they may be useful to a fellow traveller. • The roomsdo not have a sea view ….they have a Marina view • Some rooms facedirectly onto a working boat yard but you can see the Marina if you siton the balcony and look to your left hand side. • Rooms facing directlyonto the Marina have much better views - the higher the better. • Thepictures of the rooms on booking.com are deceptive. The standard roomdoes not have a large dining table. Small table for two people butbalconies are well equipped. Kitchens are adequate we only used it formaking drinks. • Be Sure if you are thinking of ordering a superior roomthat the confirmation from Booking.com states superior room. • They donot have suites. • There are two blocks to the complex • As you canguess we did not get the room we were expecting and were upgraded to a11 in the separate block – Big thank you to the manager for organisingthis at no extra cost. • Room 104 was the first room it was well worn •Room a11 looked directly onto the Marina the view was great • Thecleaning was inconsistent • Items needed attending to in the rooms • Themildew around the bottom of the showers in both rooms was awful I wouldnot expect this in a new property it was not there in June 2014. • Themattresses do not have a mattress protector!!! Personally I find thisawful and put the beach towel under my sheet. • The beds are two singlespushed together. • I would return but only for a superior and wellmaintained room and request that they put on two sheets or a mattressprotector. • We only visited for 5 days so did not make complaintsdirectly we just got on with our holiday, but next time I would beprepared and send an email of my requirements beforehand.

Review 29：This hotel was recommended to us by friends who visited twice last year. We couldn't believe how cheap it was for the hotel which was modern, clean, with a lovely little swimming pool. We had a studio room on the 6th floor with kitchenette and sofa and the views were amazing! Perfect position overlooking the marina. Would highly recommend for a short stay like us.

Review 34：Although the apartment is lovely, in december there is no much to do in Ponto Cristo. However the caves were nice and with a rental car you are at a convenient travel distance away from Palma.

Review 35：We had an excellent 2-bedroom apartment with views every where. Even when it rained it was superb! The apartment was spotless and comfortable warm (the end of december). Don't think it is only bad weather, we've also used our balconies for a coffee in the sun!

Review 36：Fabulous views. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. We found the rest of Porto Cristo a bit run down but not this place. The Soma restaurant at the hotel was not cheap but the food was fantastic.

Review 37：Our room number 207 was right next to the dining area so it was very noisy at times. There was also a lot of DIY going on in the hotel so again a bit noisy.

Review 38：Very helpful and welcoming staff. The apartment was very clean and everything we could want was provided. The location is also very good. Close to the main town and beach but in a quiet location.

Review 40：It was a fantastic hotel/apartment. It looked amazing from the outside and was so on the inside. We being a group of four friends had a relatively large living space, nice kitchen and bathroom. Balcony overlooked the boating docks. The receptionist was very nice.

Review 41：The rooms was cleaned only once in 2 days, and not cleaned properly. The bathroom is not convenient, and we had to ask at reception to replenish the stock of shower gel. Moreover, you are asked to pay for everything: e.g. there is a fully equipped kitchen, but you need to pay for a kettle; or you are provided with an ironing board, but you need to pay for an iron.

Review 74：The shower leaked on the floor when you had it on fully which meant that the floor became very slippy. Apart from that our stay was perfection.

Review 75：We had a sea view room with a terrace. The terrace was really big with 4 sunbeds and a table to seat 6. It overlooked the marina, and it was a treat to sit and watch beautiful boats come in and out. The accommodation was large and spacious and everything that we wanted for a week away self catering. There were several restaurants really close by that were all good value. I will definitely be booking our next holiday there.
