Review 1：Real traditional small hotel, family owned in perfect location 2 minutes walk to centre, easy to find and carpark spaces outside. Excellent service good size rooms and continental breakfast was a pleasure so well looked after. Will defiantly use again.

Review 9：The Staff was not very helpful or friendly No WIFI in the room. There was no travel cot for our baby. Our room said it had a balcony - really it is a big window over looking the neighbours. The other window overlooked a parking space. The room was noisy and I didn't feel on vacation. The breakfast was really bad! I found a fly on my bun and the orange juice felt chemical. Couldn't wait to check out.

Review 11：This hotel is in an excellent, quiet location, within a short walking distance of the old town of Santillana del Mar. The manager was very friendly and helpful, with excellent suggestions for what to do and see and where to eat. We had a very pleasant stay.

The father offered to give us a lift in his car to the Altamira caves to save us the uphill walk, and was also helpful when we missed our bus to leave. The room was immaculate on arrival and was tidied and cleaned in the midstay too. The inn had a cozy and safe feel to it.
