Review 1：I don't normally post reviews but because there was a few bad ones I thought I would put the record straight Arrived airport got picked up by minibus room clean not very big but enough for me. Couple of beers in bar didn't have breakfast No problems overall

Review 2：Chipped and cracked cheap flooring. The floor was filthy. The table was left dirty from previous guests. It was all sticky and greasy. Blood stain on the duvet cover!!

Review 4：Hall carpets disgustingly stained the whole length; look like they have never been cleaned; elevators smelled of vomit; (one had fresh vomit the morning of our stay).In the room - sheets torn; bathroom fixtures not clean; upholstery on furniture badly stained; one towel for two people. Not even worth the low price.

Review 6：Wish I'd known the shuttle bus was included as I got a regular busand walked a ways. ( I had called fhe hotel from the airport and they said it would be 5 euros), Maybe they gave me the return journey for free as a favor. Not clear. Because 5 euros to pay is daylight robbery ... It is so close to the airport, and as we know taxis are a total rip- off. Anyway, if the shuttle isn't included, it should be and the management needs to make it attractive to stay here not a hindrance, and easy transport is a plus.

Review 7：The indoor pool was fabulous and worth staying here just for that. The reception kindly let me do a late check out as my plane wasn't til the afternoon. A great place to stay between planes.

Review 8：No place to eat nearby. Quite a walk to the airport with a luggage as some parts of sidewalks were unpaved. No directions on the streets on how to get there from the airport. Print a google map! No opportunity to wash up dishes after eating as no washing liquid or sponge was available. We stayed just one night so was a bit annoying as wanted to reuse the 2 plates there were and the sign said that there is a fine when not washing up.

Review 9：Modern and well equipped kitchen corner. Staff was kind to replace the room after we discovered the first one smelled of heavy smoking.

Review 10：Missed instructions on how to use the induction cooktop and disappointed that the free airport shuttle didn't run on the weekend but these were minor shortcomings on an excellent experience.

Review 16：I was there 15.08 - for one night. The big girl at the reception told me I have to pay 5 euro for swimming pool and sauna - but she lied. I asked a few guests - no one paid. Next morning I asked another girl at the reception about the price and she told me - all the facilities are free for the hotel guests. I think hotel administration should pay attention on it. Late check-out (about 1 hour later) costs 7 euro. Shuttle to the airport is not available on weekend. I asked for a taxi - they called a minibus and charged me 15 euro for it - for 2 minutes drive to the airport.

Review 19：We were at the end of the corridor next to the freeway. Room was a bit stuffy so opened the window. Air was nice and fresh, but noise from the freeway was too much to keep it open. Room was a bit small for all the facilities offered (desk, chairs, mini kitchen, etc) but was manageable.

Review 20：Bed was comfortable, staff friendly, so close to airport - fabulous for taxi ride next morning. Was close to a big shopping complex with cinemas etc so enough to do if there for a long night or a few days. Nice pizza / pasta restaurant 200 mrs up the road.

Everything from door handles to shower heads to furniture was broken or in some type of disrepair. Had to have room keys scanned every day as they wouldn't work.

Review 27：The lift and landings are very shabby and smelly and give a poorimpression on arrival. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortablebut the curtains may be an issue for some as they don't block outthe light. Although the hotel is 5-10 minutes walking distance from theairport I was charged €16.50 in a taxi. Do your health and pocket afavour and walk if its not raining. (The €5 airport shuttle is notavailable at all times).

Review 28：Friendly staff but if you are paying for the internet, courtesy coach orroom tax by cash get a receipt : I paid for these on my arrival only tobe asked to pay again on departure.

Review 29：The apartment is in need of a lot of repair! The main door would not open with the key card and the plate over the lock was missing. The lock on the toilet door would not work. The kitchen microwave was missing, the wine corkscrew was broken

Review 48：None of the lights would go on. It took us a few minutes to figure out there was a slot to put (and leave) the room key which then enables all of the switches to work. They should have told us this. We had to pay an additional 4€ cash on arrival. They said for tax and Internet. The price was so reasonable and the extra in cash was small so I didn't squawk about it, but a listed price should show the whole amount.

Review 49：We booked this hotel for the night before our very early flight. We returned our rental car to the airport, then went inside and called Park and Suites from the airport phone that had direct numbers for local hotels. The driver was there to pick us up within 10 minutes tops. The ride to the hotel took 5 minutes.the hotel itself was rather non description from the outside. We booked the least expensive room they had, which turned out to be a king size bed in a mini suite.The bed was very comfortable and clean and was in its own little room with a closet, large TV, reading lights on both sides, and sliding doors that opened up to the living area of the living/kitchen room. The living area had a nice large sofa, chair and table as well as a desk with a big screen monitor/TV with keyboard and mouse. The area was separated from the kitchen by a curved bar that had a pull out table and chairs on the living side, and a cart on the other side that held appliances, cookware and dishes. Across from the bar was a wall that had a 2 burner stove top, microwave, refrigerator and a mini dishwasher. I was amazed at how they fit everything in there as the space was not huge, but roomy enough for two or 3 people. It also had 2 additional closets, one containing a safe. There was a Toilet room by itself, then a bathroom that had a shower on one side (with 6 shower heads) and a large tub on the other. The large sink was between them and on the wall was a heated mirror.What was surprising was how nice the room was and all of the amenities that were included for such a reasonably low price.Since we did not bring food, we walked across the street to an Asian Restaurant called "Pacific....." Because someone had mentioned it in a review. We were the only ones there so I had doubts, however the food was excellent and by the time we left, there was not one empty table.

Review 50：The lifts and corridors smell, there are stains all over the carpets, the electronic key didn't work and eventually they changed to a proper key, I was asked for €3 city tax (had no cash) the next morning checking out I was reminded of the city tax which was now only €1.50??

Review 52：On closer inspection, the room was a little tired, with stains on the settee and some items like a cupboard door cracked, but it did not detract from an otherwise clean and well equipped apartment style room. There was a smell of sewage in the lift, which I guess might have been wafting from drains underneath the hotel as this was also prevalent just outside the hotel. Simple solution, use the stairs!!

Review 53：Excellent location 3-5mins from car hire and airport. 5-10 minute walk to the tram which takes you into the city centre. Driving and parking would have been a nightmare as it was very busy. Nice restaurant next to the hotel if you don't want to go into Toulouse, or as an alternative a Chinese take away, and restaurants at a nearby industrial estate within walking distance.
