Review 1：The room was poor furrnitured. Small things were broken....easy to fix. Did not get good Information what we could do in this area with out a car.

Review 6：-the duvet cover was not clean; a chair was lacking in the room and it was cold all these has been nicely corrected but this is problematic -the WC bowl was grey not white -the bed was really bad not at standard we found usually in four stars hotels -internet available around the office only -no possibility to toast the bread at breakfast
Review 7：-hotel atmosphere; kindness of the personal -breakfast excellent with a lot of choice -nicely organised for those with small children: dedicated room, possibility for them to have diner at 6 -we had a nice and large room with a view on the mountains
Review 8：WIFI didn't work during entire stay. Only explanation was that it didn't work and had the attention of the staff. Only one person at reception, doing all kind of things, causing guest to wait at the reception while receptionest wasn't there. Had to wait 10 minutes before somebody showed up (after asking) to check out. Accomodation is a bit outdated.

Review 11：Great "authentic" look. Friendly staff. Very effective ! Check-in andcheck-out were 1minute. Many hotels should learn from them ! It's oneof those hotels where you feel so confortable that you just want tostay there.
