Review 1：Location is excellent and the facilities make exploring the area very easy. Some reviews have commented on the absence of a kettle, and yes it would be nice to have one! But this is a minor issue, outweighed by the well set up two story chalet. Ana the site hostess is very helpful and offers sound advice on things to see outside this great town. An excellent feature for travellers is the washing machine, sometimes not found in villas.

Review 5：Good location just outside the old town. Lovely modern end terrace style house with a garden so great for our dog. Nice showers, simple but stylish furniture. Comfortable bed.

Review 8：Garden was small and angled so made it hard for the kids to play. Only one towel each for the whole stay. The mezzanine floor had stairs from the main bedroom that were just a big invitation for my kids to climb making it dangerous at bedtime. We had to wedge a chest of drawers at the stairs for safety. The hob was hard to figure out as no instructions but a doddle once we figured it out. No comfortable sofas or chairs to kick back and relax in the living room at the end of the day.
Review 9：Walking distance from the main centre, own parking bay. Sufficient self catering facilities, black out shutters, plenty of bed linen and extra covers for a little comfort as we travelled outside the warm summer season.
Review 10：The small lounge contains a large wooden kitchen table and chairs and TV, but there are no comfortable area/seats in which to relax. An essential in bad weather.
Review 11：Small townhouses with garden useful for travellers with pets. Clean, great location location with good parking only a 5 minute walk into the historic centre where there are plenty of good restaurants (in season). Easy 40 minute journey to catch the ferry at Santander.

Review 28：If you are stopping for any length of time there maybe a problem in that there is only a table and chairs downstairs and no sofa which would be better if you were wanting to watch the TV.
Review 29：Nice apartments a little stroll into town. Pretty views from our apartment and it was nice and peaceful. The lady who showed us to our apartment spoke good English so if you struggle with your Spanish like me there will be no problem. If you are using google earth to find the apartments please note that they are situated opposite the hotel Los Infantes a little bit further up the hill and not up past the hotel as shown on google earth.
Review 30：Impossible to find, even with both Tom Tom and Google Maps. Had to resort to local Tourist Office. The ceramic stove only partly worked. The microwave was faulty. Outside the Jasmin Hedging was badly overgrown hence getting soaked exiting the premises after a heavy dew.

Review 33：Perfectly located and an easy walk to the old town this apartment was exceptional value. It was modern, clean and in a very quiet location. It represented outstanding value for money.
Review 34：We only have one gripe, which may not bother some people. The apartment doesn't have a sofa. After a long day out sightseeing we were keen to just slump down in a couch and relax, but there is only a dining table and chairs. Apart from that we loved it.
