Review 1：Bizarrely, not THAT easy to find! Restaurant menus were all in Spanish so couldn't understand anything (my fault I guess).

Review 2：Very helpful staff. Secure motorcycle parking down an alley next to the entrance. Great location next to the harbour. Room was very nice, but overlooked by other windows on 2 sides, meaning 'shutters down'!

Review 4：I booked for a particular price that did not include breakfast. When I checked out, I was charged less than the price at which I'd booked, and moreover breakfast was included. Extra cups of coffee / orange juice no problem. Very friendly atmosphere.

Review 5：The part of the hotel I stayed is very new. Modern room, spacious, excellent bathroom, clean. mManolo, the owner, is a very kind and helpful host. He also owns a full service large restaurant next door. Overall this hotel is perfect for anyone including families.

Review 11：Hotel Baltico is set right in front of Luarca’s picturesque harbour. It's a great location. There are plenty of restaurants near to this hotel. The beach is also not far away. What pleased us from our stay is that we were invited to have a free breakfast by surprise at the Hotel's restaurant.

Review 33：None of the staff can use English, even basic English, we found it very hard to communicate when cheking-in. Further, breakfast is extremely poor. We paid bed and breakfast, and in fact, what you received is only bread. Should get refund for breakfast.

Review 36：The staff are amazing at this place! Although there is not really a view, staying on the port is fantastic, and everything is so close. Great restaurant at the hotel as well as several options nearby. Love it here and we will definitely stay again!

Review 37：The room was roomy and very comfortable. The location almost perfect. It could only have been bettered if the room had an uninterrupted view of the harbour. The staff, though, were the most outstanding feature of this small business. You pay for and expect service, however the Baltico folk were personally hospitable in the warmest, friendliest way. We felt welcome and valued at every turn. In our five weeks in Spain we have not had any bad experiences with a variety of accommodation types, but the Hotel Baltico set the mark for the best experience.
