Review 1：Restaurant: often had to get up to get attention. Not that the serrvers were not paying attencion, just too many people asking. I noticed the floors often were swept but not washed and often had obvious spills not clleaned in the 6 days wewere there.

Review 2：The hotel itself was a delight.It was clean and the hot water was wonderfully strong, Could not ask for nicer people.

Review 3：I was booked room with bay view and one king-size bed. During check-in at 2:30pm they assigned one room for us and asked to come at 3pm. At 3pm room was not ready and I wait around 15 minutes before they gave us another, with city view and two separate beds. The safe vault was closed and locked by previous guest and no one checked that. i had to call to reception and asked to unlock it. Had to wait another 20 minutes instead of going to the beach. Receptionist are extremely slow. Check-in and check-out took too much time

Review 5：The hotel looked much better on photos than in reality. Once we stepped into the building we felt like in '70s, the rooms' condition was not better at all.

Review 7：The building needs a bit of maintenance. There were several sockets and lamps not working. Car parking service. It often takes too long to bring a car. Once I had to wait 15 minutes for my car. we waited so long that my wife decided not to go out again.

Review 8：Excellent infrastructure. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated with rustic and yet very elegant themes. Staff are friendly and very competent with fast services, except for the car parking. The quality of services were so good that we extended our stay.

Review 9：No fridge in the room. How could a hotel not have s fridge in such a hot weather? Also smell of sewage in rooms. Housekeeping service bad, toilet was dirty on arrival. Called for housekeeping no response.

Review 20：the property does not want you to take drinks or food to the property, but the onsite supermarket does not sell fruits, and has a POOR selection of products; if you want to get water after 10pm, it's a real challenge to get it the taxi drivers in front of the hotel are very pushy and want to sell you some of their tours

Review 22：The room service was very very slow and bad quality service. Although the food was good it was difficult to get it at the room on time with all the requested. The do not have everything for special mobility persons. I personally called them regarding this type of facilities. They said everything was handicap accesible. In the reality it was not like that.

Review 23：I have travelled so much and been in so many hotels around the world: this hotel prohibited me to bring alcohol into my own room. This goes totally against my personal integrity as alcohol is legal in Mexico and I couldn't bring it into my room. I understand it is not allowed to consume it in a public place like the pool, but in my own room??? I will never, ever, ever stay in this hotel again!!!

Review 24：Sister-in-Law slipped at the pool and broke her wrist and there was no medical service on sight despite the hotel stating it was available 24 hours a day.. Beach and Pool closes at 8pm even though there was still daylight till 9pm.

Review 25：Internet available in the room was Fast for the most part.. Kinda sluggish during the day, but blazing speeds at night (especially uploading YouTube videos)! Best internet speeds I've seen in any other hotels we've stayed in before this one.

Review 69：Mosquitoes! Even on the 16th floor. So just bring some fumigator with you or buy it in Walmart right next to the hotel. Although this is the 4 stars hotel and the price is high they do not provide free wifi. The price for 1 hour of wifi is 50 pesos!!! And else you have to pay for rent of the chaise-longue on the beach. Near the swimming pool it is for free.

Review 70：The veiw from the window to the Acapulco Bay is completely great. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets available in a walking distance. You can pay at the end of your staying.

Review 71：1)Althought we reserved superior room they showed us unrenovated one(up to 12th or 14th floor-in the reserv.it was"highest floors, superior room") and forced us to pay additional 1/2 price of reservation for upgrade to "grand room"(we had no ablility to see the one reserved with booking.com) 2) they blocked 500 dollars on my credit card for about week or more althought we paid all at the check-out 3)the standard rooms ( till 12th or 14th floor) are not renovated so pay attention to the reservation or try to be earlier to have enough time to change room with help of booking( no additional costs) if the same problem appears). 4. problems with invoice for foreigner- it took an hour to get it.
