Review 1：Friendly and helpful reception staff who gave us maps and bus information, comfortable rooms and beds, nice warm indoor pool and jacuzzi, excellent location, comfortable lounge area and bar .

Review 4：Staff were really rude. They couldn't find our booking when we arrived. We had specifically arranged for a King Size bed and they did not have any rooms left so we had two singles. They were suppose to change rooms to a King bed but never did. Bed was not comfortable at all. Room was much smaller then indicated on the pictures. Pool in nothing like the picture. Very poor WiFi. I would not recommend this hotel. Would definitely not rate this hotel 4 star.

Did say online there was a gym but there wasn't - they do have some pieces of gym gear in an actual hotel room and the equipment is far from being usable. Wifi was weak and needed to sign in every time it was used. Pillows need replacing... Basic & aged hotel overall.

The staff were wonderful and really helpful with information relating to local buses, trains etc. Breakfasts and the brunch on New Year's Day were impressive. We will definitely come here again.

Review 43：We went into the breakfast room & were ignored completely by all the staff there even though it was almost empty; so we breakfasted at Mcdonalds every day, which saved us a small fortune. The bathroom tiles looked very unnattractive, with poor quality tiling.

Review 44：Hotel situated right in the centre of Nice, so within easy walking distance of most of Nice's attractions, but no views. Entrance & reception very smart, with excellent reception staff & 2 quiet, modern lifts. Room was large, stylish & well equipped, with aircon, fridge, safe etc, & a comfortable bed. Ensuite was also spacious & fitted with quality taps & other fitments.

We took an executive room with city view, there was nothing good to say about it, room dirty, view digusting. Left after one night and booked le meridian instead which was much closer 4 star. Don't make the same mistake
