Review 1：We liked everything especially the smiling face that created us by name when we arrived even tho' we had never been there before. Had lovely room, good food and only place we have stayed in our many trips to Europe to have a pot of coffee on our breakfast table. Lovely couple run the Hotel. Can't say enough good things.
Review 2：We only stayed one night because we attended a wedding. My partner had forgotten his cufflinks and belt and the owner went out of his way to get us cufflinks with minutes spare to the wedding and even gave us his own belt. The staff was exceptional in terms of attitude, friendliness and helpfulness. I couldn't fault it and would always go back there.

Review 4：The room was large and bright and airy, beds comfortable, breakfast first-rate and at last: a hotel which makes good coffee! Also, we checked in on their day off, but there was someone there to greet us at the time we had said we would be there, without any trace of resentment that she had had to come in on her day off. I really appreciate things like that.

Review 13：Internet was very slow and available only in the restaurant. Often it was impossible even to connect. Our room was just above the sliding entrance door, which was quite unpleasent.
Review 14：The location is great, right next to the Cathedral. Ski rental shop is also quite close, and gondola for the ski pists as well. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Our room was decent and clean. Breakfast was quite ok as well.
Review 15：The staff were extremely accommodating with us. They were friendly and warm and professional at all times. We had excellent communication with Marion, the manager who also assisted us to organise our skii hire etc. and was more than happy to provide us with Christmas decorations for our tree to make it extra special for our children. She informed us of events that were taking place in the town during our stay and was always very happy to give assistance and directions. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean with excellent location. A big thank you to all the staff at Hotel Zuma Kirchewirt!
