Review 1：Arrived at 11pm and had a very stressful time getting into the apartment as Reception closed. Got in eventually after ringing an out of hours Reception number. Had to spend first night with no bedding or towels. Reception hardly ever open
Review 2：Fantastic location, away from the hustle and bustle of main resort but with lovely pool, 5 minutes walk to the beach and next to beautiful gardens. Very close to massive supermarket and a small collection of restaurants.
Review 3：It was our 3rd year here and we could tell they had tried to re-vamp the apartment furniture, but on a very tight budget! However after taking our holidays in France for the last 20+ years, you come to realize that the French holiday apartments and gites are generally quite basic. These apartments are no worse or better than any others we have visited. If you don't like basic, don't go to France!
Review 4：It's proximity to the beach, restaurants in Golfe Juan and the hustle and bustle of Juan les Pins makes this a great location. The sea and pool view from the balcony was beautiful. It is also good to have the supermarket so close-by. If you don't have the use of a car, the buses run very cheaply and frequently to either Cannes in one direction, or Nice in the other.
Review 5：Small and old smimming pool, not enoghf sun beds etc.. Placement of apartments is a bit dull and you have to walk min.2 km to have some interesting stores. Parking is impossible, without buying parking ticket.

Review 7：I didn´t like very simple and old appartmen furniture and equipment, bad location, much asphalt, very unfriendly stuff - they even´t dindn´speak ENglish, German, Russian, not interested to serve guests, very arogant. Specially surpriyed final cleaning service- we collected all rubish in big box, we took out bed sheets and towels, but appartmenthouse stuff told that we shoud throw awaz the rubbish bz ourselves and this service is not included in final cleaning. Appartment is placed in many sores building, with no sea view. The photographs published on booking.com are at least 15 years old, because furniture is verz verz used and old. White color of furniture is almost yellow. Bed was verz verz old and uncomfortable. We tried to spend all time outside the appartment, because it was very uncomfortable.
