Review 1：The room was great for the price, big, spacious and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the receptionist was also the cook/waiter etc so I waited 20 minutes in the reception before i found someone to check in.

Review 11：We stayed here over night as skiiing for the weekend and the hotel was ideal for the end of a day skiiing. The one man that did reception, bar, restaurant and breakfast was great, however if you dont speak spanish may not be the ideal hotel. The rooms were clean and plenty of hot water. Would stay there again
Review 12：It’s a small friendly hotel, very authentic Spanish. The staff are friendly and don't speak much English, but that makes it feel more authentic :-) There is a big fireplace in the restaurant area which we loved! The food is basic but good and they certainly make sure you are well fed. The hotel is on the ascent to the Sierra Nevada ski area so it’s a great location and its nice and quiet. Great value for money too!
Review 13：The staff's behaviour was far from being personal, informative and friendly. We didn't get any information on the hotel facilities, breakfast time or breakfast menu. The hotel is not heated, the only heating seems to be the fireplace. We didn't find any hiking trails starting from the hotel.
Review 14：Newly refurbished and clean rooms, cozy dining room with fireplace, good food and only 20minutes from Sierra Nevada ski station and Granada city. The heating in the rooms works only with the card inserted, but works well and the room gets warm fast.
Review 15：the manager or bar man or whatever he is called became most agressive towards me when i requested a room change because of noise in plumbing in my room. showers are so small not sitable for adult use.brekfast was an insult
