Review 1：Our studio, was at the rear on the 1st floor. no view, except a brick wall wall & a little dark. I am slightly claustrophobic so felt a little shut in, would not be a problem for most people.
Review 2：Not far from a lovely sandy beach, bars & shops. Very clean & tidy. Very pleasant owners who live opposite, readily available if any problems were to arise.
Review 3：Wifi only worked in reception. Had a TV but the only English Channel was the Disney channel! Had to clean own apartment (supplied) they came in weekly to change sheets and do a clean. You put your towels in a bag and hung outside the door as many days as you like which we tended to do every other day. You took your own rubbish out which you left downstairs in terrace area. Could have done with a table to go with chairs that were on the balcony!
Review 4：Reception staff friendly, didn't speak good English but got a computer translator and someone in at the weekend who did. Private balcony. Location good, near beach, bars and restaurants. Lift handy. Kitchen well equipt. Large sun terrace on roof for sitting out or drying clothes etc.
Review 5：The apartment was clean and comfortable. We normally stay in a hotel, but will definitely do this again. Far more home comforts. The owner and his wife were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning.
Review 6：No view from the terrace but a through draft between the two terraces at either end of our studio (no 12) so no problem -plus air conditioning to help at night. For those who think this important no Wi-Fi from the flat but fine in the lobby-although our host said this will soon change-not a problem for us.
Review 7：Very clean simple studio flat close to the beach with easy parking. We were allocated a front flat but as it was a Juliette so nowhere to sit outside-our hostess moved us immediately to a flat with an inward facing terrace which suited us. A rooftop terrace as well so it would have been fine. Lots of restaurants with menu del dia plus great bodega with wine from the barrel close by.

Review 10：The location, so close to the beach. The apartment was spotless clean, the bed great and the lady that runs the place was lovely.
Review 11：The Wi fi didn't reach the second floor so we had to use it in reception. Although we could have changed rooms we didn't do so, as it would have meant packing and unpacking again.
Review 12：The apartment had am excellent location, being really close to the beach. The lady running them was kind and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with the bedding changed twice in the week we were there.
Review 13：5 minutes from beach & restaurants. Regular fresh linen/towels, one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. Quiet location in a minimally developed resort on the beautiful Mar Menor.
Review 14：I was disappointed that the balcony, stated on the booking turned out to be approx. 50cm wide and only allowed for the double doors to be safely opened.
Review 15：The owner was very helpful although she speaks no English. She will get her son or daughter to help if necessary. She will also phone for a taxi for the return to the airport. The apartment was spotlessly clean, towels changed regularly.
