Review 1：I have just spent almost two weeks in 3 bedroom apartment. From begining: needed to contact agency as we had to arrive really late (outside office hours), I have received vast response, e-mail stated that keys will be left in a safe box just next to office and I will get my code to the safe box before arrival. We have received everything as it was promised, keys, maps everything what's needed. Next morning we went to agency to check in, super fab customer service in English. About apartment: spacious, clean, nice apartments, fully furnitured with all equipment. Two swimming pools outside, larger for adults and smaller for kids. Ap. close to the beach, 3 markets in close distant. In regards of the city: it's good for families with children, not recomend for folks who's looking any night life. There are few restaurants but even on the weekends it seems as a sleepy place. Recommend trip to Penisiscola (50 km away, great place to stay, much busier with a splendid view : castle just oposite sandy beaches and clean water blue sea) In Polish: Swietne apartamenty, dobrze wyposazone, dostepne reczniki i posciel, komfortowe, agencja niedaleko apartamentow ze swietna obsluga, nie bylo problemu gdy mielismy przyjechac pozno w nocy, odebralismy klucz i mapy z sejfu ktory znajdowal sie obok agencji. Na drugi dzien udalismy sie do agencji gdzie otrzymalismy wszystkie informacje, super obsluga. Ladne miasteczko, pare piaszczystych plaz, blisko apartamentow, sama miejscowosc polecam raczej dla osob ktore naprawde lubia spokoj gdyz zycie nocne w tej miejscowosci prawie nie istnieje. 3 duze markety niedaleko apartamentow. Polecam goraco wycieczke do miasteczka Penisicola, jakies 50 km na poludnie.

Review 2：Reception is closed for around 2hrs so if you are unlucky to arrive between these hours, you will have to wait. There is no Wi-Fi, yet we are in 2015. We found only one paper roll in the bathroom, which made things challenging over the weekend.

Review 3：We had a nice view at the beach although far away, and a big terrace. The garden and pool are looked after.

Review 4：The bed and pillows were utterly awful, which made for the worst week ofsleep ever. They are in dire need of replacement, as are some of thepots and pans. Couch could have done with some cushions too. Maybeit's because of the fast turnover in the summer season but the wholeplace needed a good scrub from top to bottom (inside cupboards -especially kitchen - drawers, the bathtub etc). Slightly disappointedwith our terrace as it wasn't really suitable for a crawling baby(it had stones, whereas for some reason we had expected a fake lawn andthe paved part was pretty dusty and dirty). The pool and garden areawere much smaller than expected but we've drawn the conclusion thatsome of the pictures on booking are of a different block of flats, alsobelonging to the same complex, but not accessible to us.

Review 5：Very nice, efficient staff, both when we booked, checked in and out andhad an enquiry about the travel cot we had hired from them. They alsohad given us a ground floor flat with a terrace as we had requested butit turned out to have two rooms instead of the one bedroom we had bookedwhich was a big bonus. Apartment is very nicely situated just 5 minutesfrom a great beach and the promenade which is great for long walks. Thepool is clean (but cold!) and the communal garden area is lovely. Alsojust 5 minutes walk to two big supermarkets so everything we needed wasin reach. Kitchen is very well equipped with all kinds of utensils andthere's even an ironing board, iron, pegs (!) etc. There was alsoplenty cupboard and drawer space for clothes in the bedrooms.

Review 6：Reception closed between noon and 4:00pm. Bed was not made. No toiletries (not even soap!) in the bathroom.

Review 19：The whole building stinks of sewage. Its smells like there is a problem of ventilation in the sewage/drainage and this is wafting through the whole complex and you can smell it in the apartment. Also, there is no ventilation in the bathrooms and as a result the bathrooms are starting to get damp ceilings.

Review 20：Good location with underground parking and a very very helpful check in lady that spent a bit of time explaining all the best local places etc which was really useful. Clean enough and comfortable enough apt.

Review 21：Really really expensive for what it is. Beach appartments in a "gost" residential building. The original reception is closed and looks deserted for years. You must go to a real state office to get the key. You must do your own bed. There is not even soap in the apartment

Review 24：The office for check-in was virtually impossible to locate - the streetaddress provided could not be found by either of our two Satnavs, andthe gps co-ordinates shown on our booking took us to an oldpeople's home down the road from the office. I didn't expectthe luxury of a 5-star hotel, but I did expect that my bed would bemade rather than being handed a bundle of linens to do it myself. Therewas no toilet paper provided, no soap in either bathroom, no washing upliquid, washing up brush, dish sponge nor tea towel. Do people takethese things with them on holidays? Or am I wrong to expect a J-clothto wipe the surfaces in the kitchen. With no dish-washer detergentprovided, we had to wonder how clean all the crockery, glasses andcutlery were - had earlier occupants just put the stuff through thedishwasher without detergent or had they, like us, gone out to Lidl andspent money on cleaning materials? This is not a place I wouldrecommend for a one- or two-night stopover, but if you're lookingfor somewhere for several weeks then its worth buying a bottle of Fairyliquid, a washing up brush and a box of dish-washer tablets - Oh, anddon't forget the toilet rolls.

Review 25：Modern apartment in a block less than 10 years old. Dishwasher pluscombination washer/tumble dryer. Good sized en-suite bathroom. Nicewalk-in shower in second bathroom. Secure underground parking with dooroperated by remote control. Office staff was relaxed about our departuretime and there was no problem with a late check-out. Very close to largesupermarkets and plenty of restaurants.

Review 26：No mention was made that we would have to pick up our keys from an off-site agent so when we arrived at the GPS point quoted we had no idea were we were staying and had to ring...not sure what would have happened if the office had been closed!!!!. The parking slot we were allocated was too small for our car but luckily as the park was not full we parked in an other bay..

Review 27：Accomodation itself was a good size and comfortable and the underground parking facilities secure. Location was more remote than expected...but having stayed in the resort many times we knew the directions to walk.

Review 28：There were some misunderstandings between local community (ajuntamento) and appartments rental company about using facilities. Local guys said the company does not oay them for using it. I do not know the truth, so just sharing the info here.

Review 29：Mountain view, Punta De La Banya, sea food, very calm place with almost no tourists around. Vey good fully equipped beach with calm and warm sea. Ideal for family leisure.
