Review 2：Location is fantastic, breakfast is just enough, beds are SO comfortable, staff is great, really quiet and serene.

Review 5：The food was not as good as on previous visits, one particular staff member was somewhat offhand and treated us badly when he was busy. The corn flakes were stale at breakfast. Would prefer real coffee at breakfast, not the machine kind. Certainly expected a table to be reserved for a meal where the food had been pre ordered and we were residents. Strongly object to having rubberised sheet under the lower sheet in the bed. Most uncomfortable.

Review 6：The location is excellent, free parking is positive. Views are exceptional. The problem with flies in the dining room seems to have been fixed. Most staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Review 7：The beds had protective covers that were a little slippery. The dining room food was fairly basic and when ordering chicken we received pork.

Review 8：Staff were very friendly, the room had a great view and was clean and functional. Downstairs we found a room with a Pooltable and Table Football as well as a selection of furniture. The staff lit a nice fire in the room and it was lovely.

Review 11：The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the heating was red hot, and the food was excellent. Try the steak cooked over BBQ, it was delicious. Waiters and bar staff very attentive and friendly. Definitely would stay again.

Review 12：Poor WiFi in our room (on 1st floor and above reception) with no connection in general though in the lounge it was OK but very slow! Due to inclement weather we had to leave a day early and even though we checked out before midday the receptionist refused a refund whereas the ski shop gave us a 1 day discount voucher.

Review 19：Visited in mid-October, outside the main winter and summer seasons. So the hotel was quiet with only 5 guests apparently. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the price was excellent, the meals were first class and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Well above its 2* rating.

Review 98：Be aware! Worst hotel ever. Heating is too strong, you can´t even breath. Unconfortable beds and really dirty. Not to tell about the noise. Price is really heavy for that quality and not enough, you book a twin bed room and they sell it for one person! The second bed costs extra but they don´t tell you how much it costs until you arrive there. What happened, we were shocked...Just bad things. Poor employees, it´s not their fault. Apparently there is no management and nobody is responsible.
