Review 1：The rooms are VERY basic, but acceptable as a base. They were very clean except for the broken glass in the bathroom which hadn't been cleared properly from the previous guests and even after telling them was still there, which I did stand on barefoot. I'd use as a quick overnight base for its superb location.

Review 2：Fantastic seafront location and fantastic value, £33 a night (off peak!) for a huge family suite or seafront room with balcony and gorgeous views. Very helpful staff and extremely secure, if rather tight to access, underground parking.

Fantanstic views over the Mar Menor,nice place to chill out and relax.Free WI-FI.No tea/coffee facilities in room.Fridge in room,always take traval kettle,milk, teabags with me so no prob.Stayed about 20 times in last 8 years,when ever in the region.First time this year had breakfast(why),best bacon i have had in Spain.

Review 7：Neptuno is a fantastic hotel! Excellent value for money! Exceptionally helpful friendly staff. 5* Location !! Wonderful food ! We have stayed here 4 or 5 times this summer ! This hotel is a wonderful little gem! The views are just beautiful there is only fabulous things to say about this hotel!

Review 14：The sound proofing of the rooms is very poor.The lack of trained staff is obvious especially in the restaurant,no staff was ever present in the bar to serve drinks. Airconditioning in room never worked.

Review 49：Very convenient for Murcia airport. Lovely location opposite beach. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view room. Reception staff (Think his name was Enrique) was very helpful and pleasant. Lovely comfortable mattress.Lots of hot water in bathroom.Buffet breakfast, cereals, fruit, yoghurts, ham, cheese, pastries, toast, bacon and scrambled eggs, fruit juice, tea and coffee, Was well worth the 5 euros each. Overall our stay was excellent value for money and will definately stay again.

Review 51：The location is excellent, worth paying a little extra for a sea view. The guys in reception went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was a lovely fresh buffet. Room was big with massive wardrobe and shelves. A fridge too. Nice big bathroom with lots of hot water.

Review 56：The staff were very friendly and helpful as we arrived quite late after getting lost! Was upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely to wake up to the next morning. Room was basic but had all you need with air con , tv, mini bar, good size bathroom. Very clean!

Review 57：the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective. The weather was very warm when we stayed and sleeping wasn't great. The room didn't seem to cool down.

Review 66：Idont know why we booked the craziest weekend of the year in spain to travel down from our peaceful little hideaway in the mountains to the coast, the hotel was easy to find,, the staff were fantastic,rooms were great clean and wellfitted out,the breakfast buffet was splendid, set menu in hotel restaurant well priced and excellent quality, but there are well priced high quality restaurants and cafes all within 5 minutes walk (and we are disabled !!)directly across the road is the esplanade and beach fabulous!! not a full british breakfast or sportsbar in sight lol but joking aside,great hotel , lovely helpful staff, we will be back as soon as we get another bit of spare time ,
