Reviews for Hotel Castilla

Review 1:Nothing it was very good value for money

Review 2:I liked the location of the hotel ,the staff was friendly it was very clean and they dont disturb you the next morning for check out.

Review 3:Don't really have any significant criticisms of the hotel. There were notowels in our room when we first arrived, but these were quicklyprovided when I reported this. Maybe clearer instructions could havebeen provided about the procedure for checking-in - you have to press anintercom buzzer to be put through to a central office, they open thedoor to let you in, then you have to wait a few minutes for a member ofstaff to come and check you in - and I'm not sure if any of the staffspoke much English, but these were not problems for us. They seemed tounderstand my terrible Spanish ok, anyway! If you are looking for 24-hour personal service, then this probably isn't the place for you, butif you are looking for a hotel in a great location and which providesgreat value for money, it definitely is.

Review 4:Great location for old part of town, very central, and in pedestrianisedstreet. There were plenty shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, but therewas no noise or other disturbances. The hotel seemed well-maintained andthe rooms were clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. Given thefacilities provided, the hotel was excellent value for money. I woulddefinitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it toothers, and have already done so to friends and family.

Review 5:Complicated check in. No reception staff. Pressed the buzzer, were let in and eventually someone arrived ( approx 10 minutes ). Very confusing at the time. No information as to what was happening. Could have been made easier.

Review 6:Right in the city centre. Good location. Everything that is needed.
