Review 1：Wifi is poor, cigarette smoke in corridor (you will smell it all night long), bed is not comfortable (too soft matrass), room is very little.

Review 3：Reception desk always non supervised. When I arrived, there were no one opening the (closed) door. The only language spoken is german. WiFi really poor.

Review 5：Very poor value!!! For EUR 96 for one night I would really expect a lot more! Hotels for around EUR 100/night in Vienna are very pleasant and mostly close to luxurious facilities. How can a hotel in Klagenfurt for about the same amount be so lousy and miserable? The facility is more than due to be renovated - very worn down and dirty. We booked a double room and the room we got was a twin room with two separate beds - not very well-suited for a young couple. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is uncomfortably small for a taller guy like me. Noises on the street after midnight supplemented our bad overall experience. The breakfast buffet is very basic and minimalistic.

Review 12：The quiet area, yet cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Review 13：The guesthouse was conducting renovations at the time. The guests from the bar would smoke just outside and the 2nd hand would rise and enter our room. The whole property seemed cluttered and unorganized.

Review 14：We enjoyed the city of Klagenfurt and the beautiful Austrian surroundings. The guesthouse has an attached pub with friendly guests to help enjoy an evening refreshment. The staff was friendly and helped in anyway they could.

Review 15：There was nothing in the room, I had to ask for the even hair dryer! Breakfast was very light. But worst of all, the walls were so thin that I could hear other people in next rooms talking, having a shower etc. the room was also very dirty, the dusts were on the air.

Review 16：If you are in Klagenfurt for the university, then the location is very good.

Review 17：The mattresses were too soft and caused me to develop two days of lower back pain after our two-night stay. In comparison, all other pensions and hotels we stayed at had firm mattresses, even the one at slightly less cost. Toilet paper was not restocked and just barely adequate for the two nights. The room telephone had no dial tone and the toilet seat was not secure.
