Reviews for Carlos III

Review 1:The building is a little bit run-down and the rooms could do a substantial refurbishment. Facilities could also do with some attention!

Review 2:For one stop-over with a very pleasant view of the sea, then it is fine. Location is good.

Review 3:Most of the areas of the hotel could have benefited from a thourough cleaning. Chairs, pool area, hallways , etc were not as clean as one would expect in a good hotel.

Review 4:The pool water and was very clean and a good place to relax.

Review 5:It is an old hotel needing refurbishment. The furniture is old and overall the hotel looks like it needs a lot of TLC. The breaksfast was really poor and it was the first time I had to squeeze my own oranges to have some juice.

Review 6:Wow! This was a suprise. Although I knew it wasn't the best hotel I have ever stayed it still surprised me how it was stopped in time. It looked liked I had walked in the set of Twin Peaks or the Twilight Zone. The best thing by far is the staff! They are super nice and very helpful :)

Review 7:The food wasn't great, but I think it was the chef's night off. (Well I hope so).

Review 8:Used as a pitstop between Granada and Grenoble in January, paid 44 Euros for the night with kids. Listened to the sea as I slept and watched the sun rise over the sea ... a wonderful change from the motorways.

Review 9:TV did not work, but who cares when you are on holiday.

Review 10:Good size Pool, outside breakfast tables, sea view, sleeping close to the sea without being on the beach. Safe. Close to St Carles.

Review 11:None

Review 12:Good location, very beautiful view with own swimming pool and beach, good wifi and helpful staff. Very quiete.

Review 13:Wonderful view

Review 14:Location, quiet, on the beach, easy reach of all the rest

Review 15:No internet on room, no signal. Was ok in hotel lobby, but couldn't stand it there because of the many gnats.

Review 16:Everything was ok.

Review 17:I love the location and people working there

Review 18:Very dated. In need of refurbishment.

Review 19:Location Breakfast Pool

Review 20:The pool and the restaurant

Review 21:too primitive breakfast too noisy around pool on the day time

Review 22:location beside sea

Review 23:The only downside was the cement works stretching out into the sea onthe right-hand side. The view is wonderful if you only look left!

Review 24:As it was out of season we were offered a lovely large room with 2double beds and a balcony overlooking the small private cove. Theswimming pool and grounds would be lovely too in the summer.

Review 25:They have no maps of Delta de l' Ebre, so bring your own. It's 4 kilometers away form city. No shops near, but distance that assures relax.

Review 26:Location next to Delta and quiet, not in noisy streets. Beautiful views and nice breakfast. Free parking inside.

Review 27:no WiFi in rooms, only in reception area

Review 28:rooms with seaside view, big room (double room was in fact 4 persons room), nice staff, simple breakfast but OK, verrry good quality for money

Review 29:It's location is right next to the cement works and the harbour. We wereextremely lucky that being a Sunday there were no ships loading orunloading so there was no noise or dust! Also I imagine in the summerthere would be a lot of mosquitoes. The bathroom doors were broken. In my room I had to call the handyman at 12am to open the door as it had locked itself and I couldn't get in to go to the toilet. In my daughter's room the lock had been taken off.

Review 30:Location next to sea with fabulous views over pool and delta del ebro tothe left. You could think you were in the Carribean. Watching the sunsetfrom our room was fantastic. We were very lucky with the weather and weeven sunbathed on our balcony on 30th December!! It was convenient forReus airport along motorway and very quiet. Continental breakfast wasvery complete including freshly squeezed orange juice. We had a lovelywalk on the rocks outside the hotel after playing a game of "fronton" onthe hotel court. We'll definitely go back when we fly from Reus airportagain to the uk.

Review 31:The hotel is outdated and deserves some freshening up. No wifi in the rooms.

Review 32:Good reception, decent room Beautiful seaside location.
