Reviews for Hotel Lido

Review 1:As we were on the front with the lovely views we had a lot of noise at night from the promenade below which kept us awake.but we do realise you can't have everything.

Review 2:Excellent location, very clean , friendly and helpfull staff, fantastic views from balcony.

Review 3:Poor wifi in room

Review 4:Having booked a single room - I was delighted upon arrival to be provided with an upgrade to a double room with direct views a ross the sea. This by the owning Spanish family - who appear to have owned this delightful Spanish Hotel for many years.

Review 5:there was nothing I did not like about this beautifully quaint well run typically Spanish family hotel and I can't wait to visit it again soon !!!!

Review 6:I loved the sea view and the spacious room size and the double bed it also serves the most delicious coffee I had on the costa blanca unfortunately only at breakfast!

Review 7:Nothing to dislike excellent hotel

Review 8:Great hotel great location and fantastc room with an amazing sea view staff were very friendly and very helpful excellent hotel for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday

Review 9:The beds were uncomfortable. The place could do with modernisation. I was not sure if breakfast was served because nobody told me and it wasn't until the end of our stay that I found there was a breakfast room.

Review 10:The Hotel is situated right in the middle of town on the beach. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The staff were friendly.

Review 11:Parking is a nightmare, even though we had contacted the hotel prior to our visit confirming we were disabled and were told we could park outside the hotel on the day there was no where to park and we spent 1 hour driving round in circles until a space became free. We were advised on our booking confirmation we could check in from 11.30 however despite arriving at 12.30 (after the 1 hour drive round) we were told out room was not ready and would be a little while, we went to grab a coffee (about 40 mins) went back to check in, still not ready told us would be about half an hour. We went for lunch it ended up being almost 3pm before we were able to check in. This ruined our plans for the day. We were told there was free Wifi but were not given a password to access it.

Review 12:dated fixtures and fittings scruffy paintwork noise, fiestas outside all night, air con innadequate bathroom dated water lukewarm.

Review 13:location car parking well worth the extra to put in secure parking as street parking at this time of year is impossible.

Review 14:Generally run down and looked like it hadn't been updated since built in the 70s. Air con very noisy and bed uncomfortable. Bathroom had peeling paint on ceiling.

Review 15:The location on the seafront is great. Only 5 minutes from the airport.

Review 16:Some of the lights didn't work and neither did the air conditioning. Only one plug socket on one wall so we had a choice of the fridge on or the TV but not both together.
