Review 1：An extremely squeaky bed which ruined any chance of a decent night's sleep. Also, the key to our door was difficult to turn and we had to leave it unlocked overnight as we may not have been able to get out in case of an emergency. Thirdly, the breakfast was a rip-off.

Review 3：Unfriendly check in, made it feel like he was doing you a favour taking my money Shower cubicle so small I couldn't fit in it properly to wash body jet system doesn't work and shower hose leaking Bathroom floor once wet is extremely dangerous it is impossible to stand on it No bath floor towel Towel rail falling of wall One plastic unsanitised cup left on hand basin, who knows how many mouths have been in it To dry your self with the one towel supplied was like rubbing your body over with very course sandpaper No heating had to stay in bed with clothes on to keep warm Wall next to bed very marked and dirty badly needs repainting Redemption or cafe/restraunt still not opened when I left after 08.00

Review 5：Overly soft beds, didn't have the most comfortable nights sleep, bowedlike a bananna.Room was ok but on close inspection it was evident the bathroom had seen better days, towel rail coming away from wall and shower heads need a good scrub.
