Review 1：The walls are too weak so that you can hear every single sound of the hallway. The internet connection was good until my last night but at the last night it suddenly didn't work and the person in the reception didn't know how to fix it. I couldn't reserve my train neither my acommodation at my next destination.

Review 5：Room was dingy, dirty and unbelievably small. Given room on 5th floor even when hotel advised my husband uses a wheelchair. Staff uncaring and indifferent. Not helpful at all.

Review 15：On site parking is quite interesting or "very French" as the reception staff put it. We ended up parking in the public parking 2 minutes from the hotel. Bathroom could use a refresh to remove black mould around some of the tiles.

Review 17：every guest must give the key back, when they leave the hotel, even for a 5 min walk. When the guest comes back, he/she must ask the reception for the key, without showing the ID. Reporting my leaving and coming back to the reception makes me feel unconfortable and without showing ID is unsafe. I didn't understand this rule on the first day, because the lady said: please leave ur key, when u leave the hotel. I thought she meant that I should give the key back,when I check out. So the second day, when I was leaving to buy the breakfast, I was questioned by another lady: Didn't anybody tell u that! Please leave ur key, before u leave! She was very unpatient. The hotel room has no air conditioning and has only one small window. It is very uncomfortable to stay in the room between 9:00 and 21:00

Review 19：Budget hotel with many aspects you would only get in a better starred hotel, excellent, efficient and friendly staff - they are doing a great job here. Definitely best in it's class.

Review 20：Unfriedly staff, we got lost on our way because of the tempest and rain and traffic jams, they wouldn't want to help with the directions over the phone, so we arrived nearly at midnight

Review 25：What is offered and what is given did not match. I requested a room with AC, double size bed. They gave me a small room w two single size and without AC and w a ventilator instead. The bathroom was very small, lavatory was stuck whole night.

Review 28：We were upgraded to an apartment which was good, and also the room had air conditioning which was a godsend after wandering around all day!! Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. The hotel is close to one of the tram stops so is ideal for getting to the main town and touristy spots, especially if you get a travel pass for the public transport. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Nice.

Review 32：The staff were very friendly and helpful. Each spoke many different languages to accommodate travelers from various countries. There is a great open air market during the day and the Liberation tram stop is a block away. It is one tram stop from the train station and two from the main square. We were given the choice of two rooms. They are a bit small but that is to be expected when traveling in Europe. If you stay here, there is a fantastic restaurant (L'Anis Etoile) that has the most excellent food I have ever eaten. I will stay here again the next time I am in Nice!

Review 33：There was construction going on outside at the time of my stay (June 2015) and thus the room was quite noisy starting at 7AM.

Review 34：The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the tram stop and thus is quite convenient. The train station is only about 10 minutes away by foot. There is an open air market directly outside the hotel which is great for grabbing some fruit or vegetables for the day.

Review 36：Good position we had a quirky room in the roof with velux windows. Only booked a room but we had cooking facilities fridge, microwave etc which was a bonus. Staff were really helpful and we had a great stay here. Would not hesitate to come back.

Review 39：Parking facility is a joke. It's extremely small to fit a medium size car. Location to parc your car outside is dangerous according to hotel. Rooms are very small and noisy. My shared bathroom during the years of my studies at the campus was cleaner to the one of this hotel. Wifi works only when it feels like it. If there is a mistake by the hotel (our case concerning our reservation) the staff is unable to help you to rectify the situation.

Review 42：Overall, good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located north of the Promenade Des Anglais and the Old Town, around a 20 minute walk away. If you are not in the mood for walking, both can be easily reached by tram, the nearest stop being only 2 minutes from the hotel and costs 1.50 euro single journey. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the railway station, Gare Nice Ville, with connections to local destinations such as Monaco and Cannes.

Review 51：Stayed first night in a studio which was ok but the heating was cut in the middle of the night. The bathroom equipment is a bit old, shower head not mounted on the wall. Second night, stayed in a nice room but a bit on the small side. Check out time is a bit early (11 am), especially when there are no hairdryer furnished. Didn't especially appreciate to get a call at 11 am to tell me to get out of my room. I do not think that this is how a guest who stayed two nights should be treated!! Had stayed in hotels before and they don't harass you if you get out of your room half an hour later!!! I often come to nice but will probably not come there again as I like my comfort and I do not like being ejected from the hotel like a piece of dirt!

Review 52：Nice welcome at the hotel plus I was given the choice between two rooms.the hotel is conveniently situated near the tram stop and near a big market. It's good value for a two star hotel.
