Review 9：we stayed in this hotel for a second time and we loved it for everything, very private, incredible room comfort, excellent service, and very good breakfast for which products are so carefully selected that it makes better compared to many five star standard offerings. you cannot fault this place and we will be returning to this hotel time and again. and this place offers amazing home feel and secure privacy not comparable to many more expensive hotels i visited in my life.

Review 11：This is best place in Mariazell. We have stayed in different hotels over last 5 years - another 4 different hotels very much during skiing season. Place is getting better and better. Best breakfest in town, best bed in town!

Review 12：The trade-off for a small privately run hotel is that it is not fully-staffed round-the-clock to attend to every need. This was not a negative for us but may be for some. The sweet owner left our key and instructions for everything, including where to find free parking, because we checked in after 9 pm. There is no elevator (again, we were in town to ski and are able-bodied, so this was no big deal, particularly since a large ski/boot room is provided just off the main entrance).

Review 13：Small family-operated, beautifully refinished, large rooms with comfortable beds, big modern showers, and common areas with lots of attention to detail. Not fancy but extensive and delicious breakfast buffet with all the basics of high quality.

Review 37：This is a beautiful remodeled hotel. The rooms are spacious andexquisitely decorated with Italian furnishings. All of the fixtures andfinishes are top-of-the-line. There are chandeliers in every room, downcomforters and pillows, and an awesome shower. Breakfast was provideddownstairs in the restaurant and was delicious and full of options. Thehotel manager, Andrea, was an integral part of our experience inMariazell. Not only did she go out of our way to accommodate us when wearrived late at night without calling (because our cell phone did notwork as expected) by ordering pizza and kebabs for our family since wehad not eaten, but she also gave us ideas of what to see in Mariazelland accompanied us down the street to converse with the people who wouldtake us up the mountain for a day trip since they did not speak English.The hotel was beautiful, but Andrea made our trip extremely memorable.When we left and she came outside to see us off, it was like we wereleaving a member of the family behind. We can't wait to go back!

Review 41：The only comment we had was that it would have been nice with somewhere in the hotel to hang out outside the rooms, a bar or a lobby that is open outside the restaurant hours in the evening, other than this everything was perfect!

We travelled with two children and found it to be perfect for a small ski holiday with skiers at the beginners level because the ski lift and the ski rental place is almost next to the hotell.
