Review 2：Overall experience was great...breakfast included and was very good buffet from fresh fruit to pastries to eggs bacon etc...great spa facilities (make reservation a day ahead they are busy)...salt pool free and great

Review 5：A lot of pleasant surprises in this hotel: very comfortable beds ( with a duvet!), wine and water was included in the half board price ( we would definitely reccommend to take half board) and the nice salt water baths. The staff was very friendly and willing to help.

Review 10：The hotel was modern and comfortable with good food. The location was nice. Suitable for couples or groups. We were glad to be with a group of people who knew the area. The mud pool at the seafront were worth a visit, and we were fortunate enough to see flamingoes.

Review 11：Breakfast food was poor, if your going to serve hot food, make sure it's hot, baked beans were luke warm at best, eggs (fried & scambled were cold). Service in the bar was slow, due to the hotel being full, and not enough staff on.

Review 15：On arrival and during our stay there were long queues at reception due to only one member of staff seeing to guests. This was a little frustrating because there were always numerous staff members available in the room behind reception.

Review 17：Only downside could be that we forgotten to bring swimming gear & caps. We were asking for shops and we were told that the nearest supermarket is 20 km away. About 2 km from the place there were shops in the nearest village, so it was all better at the end :) Also many people had the place's swimming cap.. maybe it would be better to let us know :)

Review 19：We were given room 405 which was a corner room, however our balcony and the adjoining corner room balcony were not privately screened and we could see into the other room and they could see into ours.

Review 20：Evening meal food was cold, gym was dangerous (rower needs to be attached to the floor, one bike broken, cross trainer also broken - this would be closed down in UKI!), Room was located above the pool area and the music kept me awake - awful music being played in the area outside - it's supposed to be a spa hotel - relaxing more ambiant music should be played and at a volume that is not louder than my ipod.

Review 22：Location was out of any resort,car was really needed,bus service did not exist.The free Spa available was not for me,walking around in a massive terry bathrobe made me feel a bit odd but my wife enjoyed it totally and reckoned any of the treatments were better value than the UK.We both thought the hotel had a corporate feel throughout, everything around us was either square,glass or chrome,even the cereal bowl was square,maybe a bit too much style over substance.Unfortunately the small swimming pool was in shade from the middle of the afternoon onward.

Review 24：The personal in the reception and in the breakfast buffet area were not gentle. Maybe stressed about so many people, but in that case the hotel should have more personal in the rush hours. Cleaning was not the best, could see some mould in my shower and in some parts of the pool. When you reserve they offer spa included, but at the end just get access to the pool area. The spa is 12 €/person.

Review 36：A large spacious hotel with large rooms and not your typical holiday hotel. Probably more used to accommodating business travellers - in fact on our last day, an area near the lobby was being set up for a wedding dress exhibition.

Review 41：The sea water pool had tyles falling off inn several places and grouting missing. Ladies shower room had mould all over, many edging tiles were cracked and missing a danger and hazard to the feet. As a 4 star no restarant we think 2 star more like

Review 42：When asked if they had a shuttle they wanted to charge €100 for a 12km journey! Also spa could not be used as we were not told you must have flip flops and a swimming hat to use them! No one at reception advised us about the key control in the rooms, where to go for breakfast or that you could have individual items cooked for you. Bad communication.

Review 83：There are many things that are a let down in this hotel Upon arrival we were told spa was all included. The spa turned out to be 50euros per person per day on top. What was included were salty swimming pools which you still had to buy a stupid little swimming hat for and had to wear it at all times. Cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. On arrival air conditioning in the room wasn't working so I complained. And for 5 days it never got fixed. The room door was broken so it didn't double lock from the inside Minibar prices were ridiculously high. 3 euros for 150ml of drinking water. When laying in the bed you can see exposed wired for the lighting and a substantial amount of dust. The toilet hadn't been cleaned on arrival in our room. One of the robes in the bathroom was damp and dirty guessing that hadn't been cleaned. Complained every day about the room. Nothing got done. And then on departure I asked for some money off but because I prepaid for it they couldn't give me any money back. A very bad experience.

Review 85：I did not like that the glasses in whole room were not changed or cleaned the whole holiday. I did not like I could not change money at the hotel, as we were not close to shops or banks. This was very were disappointing.

Review 98：The Spanish use this hotel for only for short stay's and therefore wardrobe space is limited to a single with about 6 coat hangers. Do not believe those who say a car is not essential. To get the best of your holiday you will need a car to explore further a field. We lived in San Pedro for about 6 years so I know from experience

Review 99：Staff are friendly and helpful. Most staff speak English, those that don't at least have an understanding of what your trying to say. Wide choice of breakfast from cereals, English cooked breakfast, continental breakfast, fresh fruit, choice of fruit juices, tea, coffee and water. TV channels include BBC World News, CNN, CNBC as well as Spanish channels. If you like sport Amigos not far away is the place to go, there is a nice bar in the park which is ideal for couples with young children and is the cheapest for drinks. There are plenty of Spanish bars around. A large choice of restaurants are available locally and nearby, you just need to go exploring or ask the many ex-pats who live in San Pedro.
