Review 1：Strong smell of food in the corridors. Cold draft going through the window. Light bulb needed to be replaced. All in all the place needs some maintenance!
Review 2：-The price of 145€ per night was too high,considering not offered breakfast. -Charged 5 euros a day for internet per device! -Not enough space for parking.Parked my car at a place which blocked my friends car because i didn't find parking space at the parking.

Review 11：It is not a practical place to stay for less than four nights. There are many rules associated with check-in and check-out. It was hard to enjoy our last morning there feeling like we had the scrub the room clean. This listing is better suited for long-stay travelers looking to spend a week or more in the area.
Review 12：The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spacious with all the proper amenities in working order. Everything was quite clean, if a bit dated. The location is fantastic near the center of Bergheim with convenient parking and access.
Review 13：The room interior is so so. It is quite old, dark furniture, so it makes the room not really nice to my feeling.
Review 14：The room is very spacious. We are a group and book 3 rooms, 2 double rooms and 1 triple room. It turns out that inside, it is a 2 bedrooms apartment. One is the master bedroom for us, the other is the room for children (bank bed). Outside at the living room, when they set up the sofa as the bed. It adds additional bed. So I think we have 5 beds all together. But still, the 2nd room for children looks quite small and no direct window to the outside. I think that is why the hotel doesn't set the extra bed in this small room, but the living room instead. Anyway, I think, if u have a big family and need extra bed, maybe this hotel is good value for money. It is not really luxury hotel, but space provided is surely not normal for the European hotel standard which is normally very small.
Review 15：There was no daily room or breakfast service. It seems perverse that allthe staff have the same weekday off and the office simple stays shut. Tvchannels lack international options.Fairly pricey unless you really wantto exploit the self-catering facilities.
Review 16：Although they offer what they call a "cosy" deal which includes bedlinen and final cleaning, this is essentially a self-catering place, nota hotel. Staff were very helpful. Good parking and the local village(Bergheim) is very pleasant. Quiet and peaceful location on the edge ofthe village overlooking vineyards. Kitchenette is useful for makingsnacks (including breakfast!). Clean and well maintained.
Review 17：We have noticed that one had to encode a number in order to go into the building at night, however once we did go on the door still remained open.
Review 18：We originally wanted to stay in Colmar but having found all hotels there fully booked we simply visited it during the day and then drove to Bergheim. We were pretty much surprised by the beautiful little picturescque town we found once we got there which was walking distance from the actual accomodation.
