Review 1：The staff were amazing! They dealt with a couple of issues promptly, with good humour and empathy. Throughout our 9 day visit we encountered a variety of staff and without exception they were friendly, professional and went the extra mile to be helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with toiletries and little extras e.g. Toothbrush sets. Lorena in the bar/bistro was delightful and a great ambassador for the hotel. We will be booking a return trip in the near future.

Review 2：Bar closed for renovations after 3 days of stay. when bar was open waited 10 minutes to be served as they were too busy working in the ajoining bar

Review 4：Breakfast luke warm......paid 10 euro upfront with booking.com for parking, on arrival there were plenty of free spaces off road opposite the hotel, so this wasn't needed.....appreciate that these could have been occupied....however parking charge in the hotels underground car park was only 8 euro...not much, but felt a little ripped off...

Review 7：The bed was rock hard, probably the worst we have experienced in 30 years of travel. A bit of a trek to the beach (in comparison to others we have stayed at locally)....

Review 11：Hotel is close to Murcia airport, about 20 euros in a taxi. Double room was spacious, if a little basic. The hotel is very clean and maintained by excellent housekeeping staff. The rooftop pool and café are an excellent way to relax after a day at the beach and prices are very reasonable. Reception staff were an asset and went above and beyond to help us, thank you!

Review 12：Hole in the bath which had been previously repaired but very badly. Filler used to repair hole came away the first time we used the bath/shower. Breakfast buffet food was cold and plates were cold. Drinks prices varied in the different bars inside the hotel. Got charged 8 Euro for a bottle of Tinto De Varano that cost 95 centimes in the shop across from the hotel.

Review 14：The food was very poor.All the food was cold even the "hot food" was cold,would suggest less choices and better concentration on quality.The pool was a very dissapointing size.

Review 17：The room was well appointed and serviced daily. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows the best we have ever slept on! Friendly staff and good location.

Review 21：Great place! The pool on top is amazing and the staff very helpful. The little town by the lagoon comes to life at night, and you should visit their Feria and the discos by the lagoon-front. Typical sea resort atmosphere. Now, if you actually want to enjoy the sea, go to El Mojon beach, much better water quality and not that crowded.

Review 22：The self service food was really cold at each meal. There was not outside space available to sit, except round the roof top pool, where there was a gale blowing. Could be made more sheltered as it was on the 5th floor.

Review 25：Cockroaches in the parking lot in basement. A member of staff exclaimed to me "ah, la cockroach" and just walked past it (and me with my heavy suitcases that had to be carried up a flight of stairs before you got to the lifts). The next day the dead cockroach was still in the same spot along with another nearby. Nothing had been done to remove it despite it being in a prominent position where guests would have walked past and seen. Not encouraging and didn't make for a good nights sleep wondering were there any others nearby. Apart from a zoo, I've never seen a cockroach and the last place I would have wanted my first encounter was a hotel I was sleeping in and having breakfast in!

Review 27：the breakfast was fairly basic in a drab ining room. The hotel bar is nothing more than a counter in a cafeteria.

Review 29：Our stay was not inclusive however one night we decided to try the food in the restaurant, there was not much variety, the buffet did not look appetising and we left without eating when we saw that the plates and cutlery were dirty.

Review 30：The staff were friendly and helpful, there was complimentary champagne in the room, and we were upgraded to superior suite with jacuzzi. The location of the hotel is excellent - just a ten minute walk from the beach and 1 hour from the city of Murcia by bus.

Review 35：This time we stayed on the 4th floor, with balcony overlooking the sea. As usual the staff were very attentive, breakfast good and the room spotlessly clean.

Review 36：The cooked buffet for breakfast/dinner was very disappointing, overcooked eggs,bacon, mushrooms, and in all the time we were there all cooked food was cool/cold so we had to use microwave constantly !! Having said this, when asked, the counter staff were always pleased to cook the eggs as requested. The cold selection was very good although the cheese did look like it had had a bad night :)

Review 37：Coffee (from a machine) was excellent. Juices, (especially orange) very good Fresh fruit ,pastries,bread products were all very good. Reception staff were some of the best we have encountered anywhere in the world, given that they were working on a Christmas Holiday they all showed a caring attitude to the guests, we both hope they received a very good bonus.

Review 43：Really helpful staff. Ease of private secure parking. Only needed a double bedroom, but had a separate single bedroom/lounge as well. The lunch and evening meals were extremely well presented and cooked. I know people have said that it is only a 3 star, but with the rooftop swimming pool, the staff and the food, it justifies a 4 star.

Review 110：The food in the restaurant wasn't the best. It was okay, but you can eat better locally. It was served not nearly hot enough - and this was at 20:00 when the restaurant had just opened for dinner. However the cafe was quite good. I got a nice Pizza there not long after my arrival.

Review 111：I liked it's close proximity to San Javier airport and so, it was quick and convenient. The hotel staff were all excellent - friendly and helpful! The room was also excellent. Very comfortable beds, BBC TV, good air-conditioning, nice 'french' terrace. It was a very quiet hotel and it was spotlessly clean too! :-) I would book here again with no hesitation.
