Review 1：We struggled to connect to WiFi and had to use our mobile's data during our stay. We stayed at S'Estorell apartment which was very nice and spacious but you could hear noises from the next door apartment in the bedroom quite badly. The bathroom/shower needs repainting and as in previous reviews the mosquito blinds need fixing. It's always easy to find a little things which are wrong but overall we have enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.
Review 2：The house is in a beautiful and quiet setting with a very good access to motorway and the shopping facilities. There are also several beaches within a short drive and other beautiful places to see. Staying here you can definitely experience real Mallorcan village lifestyle and get away from the seaside crowds. The staff member (Samuel) who looked after the house during our stay was always friendly and helpful. During our stay we had access to other parts of the house and also their gardens. We were allowed to pick our own fresh fruit (great figs) and veggies. The pool had a beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and it was always kept clean. Overall a really nice and homely place.
Review 3：Bathrooms starting to look a tiny bit worn. Mosquitoblinds in the windows need renewing ( luckily not too many mosquitos around during our stay). WiFi a bit spotty.
Review 4：Lovely place, very friendly and welcoming "staff". We had the large apartment which was excellent, nice furniture, 2 complete bathrooms. The apartment stayed okay temperature-wise with the thick walls, the ceilingfans and keeping the shutters closed during the day ( it was very warm in Mallorca during our stay).
Review 5：Everything was just perfect. Place, building, environment, apartment quality and especially host Maria. Thanks a lot. It was best Agroturismo holiday.
Review 6：There is flaky wifi in the apartment - it sometimes worked for a while and then dropped out rarely recovering. S'Estorell where we stayed has a very cosy and comfortable feel but the bathroom is in need of renovation & better lighting.
Review 7：Maria - who looks after the apartments and guests - is a star! She doesn't really speak English but we understood one another wonderfully and she made us feel like family. The whole farm is idyllic with an outstanding view of the Tossals Verds mountainface, the gentle sounds of sheep with their bells wandering the hillsides and plenty of traditional Mallorcan charm.
Review 8：House can be a bit noisy because of the echo's in this stone building. Wifi not great, but hey, you're on holliday!
Review 9：Loved the surroundings, the lush gardens, the fresh fruit you can just pick from the trees. And Maria is the real gem here, she is a wonderful host, who brought us homemade marmalade, fresh fruit and took us on tours around the gardens.

Review 18：The location was fantastic if you want to experience real Mallorca. We were surrounded by trees full of fruit and nuts! There was a Large BBQ, we had a great meal under the stars. Maria looks after everyone who stays at Filicumis- she was wonderful!

Review 20：Maria, the host, was fantastic! Beautiful location. Room, (including kitchen) was perfect for a family. Very charming building, beautifully restored and decorated (minimalist design complements the rustic location) The tomatoes from the garden were superb.
Review 21：This time of year (late May), not many restaurants were open close to the property. We arrived late, with little food, but Maria was exceptionally kind and provided us with some basics.
Review 22：Relaxing, quiet and restful. A real treat, hidden away from the masses, a treasure in it's own right. Maria is very friendly, helpful, and very keen to help in any way she can. Looking forward to returning.
