Review 1：The manager was not pleasant. The hotel had ridiculous rules such as two persons had to share one card key. The lift and main exit from the hotel would only be accesible after 7 am.

Review 8：Warm friendly and personal welcome. Good selection of food in the restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal and the children particularly liked the pool. A pleasant modern and clean room with a comfortable bed. As an English speaking guest living in France and currently learning to speak French, I was pleased by the encouragement and assistance given by all of the staff to converse in French.

Review 9：As a person who speaks French, I'm disappointed that this"French vacation hotel" is rapidly turning into an"international resort". The strong international mixture ischanging the atmosphere of the hotel and it starts losing its charm (inmy eyes, at least). Another reason to complain is that their choice ofAll Inclusive drinks became much more limited (my preferred Amer Piconhas disappeared).

Review 10：It was our second stay there. Thanks to their All Inclusive formula wecan allow a week-long vacation in beautiful mountains without spendingto much or having to cook our own food. The location is perfect, thestaff is friendly, and the food is good. Most of the meals were completesuccess. On our last night (Friday night) we were treated with a superbseafood buffet. The average rating and some bad reviews can be probablyexplained that most of these reviews were written for the winter stay.Most likely, the staff is unable to cope with the big number of ski fansas good as they cope with much smaller number of those who prefer themountains in summer.
