Reviews for Hotel Rural Cas Pla

Review 1:I looked up from sunbathing by the adult pool to see picnicers glancing on. I found the drops around the property, the flooring around both pools and the rooms unsafe for my toddler. The energy is stuck in the past, and some staff extremely rude.

Review 2:I felt like I was somewhere between ibiza and mexico, truely enchanting views.

Review 3:Wifi is slow but not really that much of an issue Fountain on small pool was switched off, again not really an inconvenience Be sure to rent a car since you will have to go out for dinner every night!

Review 4:Peace and quiet More seats than guests at the pools Relaxed atmosphere Self service 24/7 bar Good location to explore the rural north of Ibiza

Review 5:The refrigerator in our suite was not working. It took over 4 days to solve this problem. Ibiza in June is quite a warm place and at these roomrates this should be provided. There is an honesty bar on site we used for the odd cool drink, but we were not compensated in any way.

Review 6:This is a lovely place to stay! It feels like a serene, quiet oasis in nothern Ibiza. So peaceful! It is not your average hotel. You feel like you're staying in someone's very well kept home. The attention to detail is very apparent. The Rural in the name does mean just that; best to have a car around here. Only breakfast is available, which is a good, well stocked buffet with nespresso coffee. There are good meals to be found 5 mins drive away. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with children. We have children ourselves but we're just the two of us on this trip. It was so peaceful we felt we would constantly be hushing our small children. For bigger ones in my opinion there just isn't enough to do. Luckily there is plenty of choice on Ibiza! Staff is not on site all day, but can be reached by phone. They are all very helpfull and friendly.

Review 7:We didn't had WIFI. The owner said there was WIFI but it didn't cover our room. Some plugs didn't work. The bed didn't have a headboard. There was a cupboard wich moved all the time. The bed is too hard. Annoying. The chair from our terrace was broken and very uncomfortable. The Bathroom door didn't close. No hotel books. No staff around. We didn't felt welcomed.

Review 8:Amazing location. Quiet place and lovely hotel. We loved the breakfast.

Review 9:only thing missing was food (a small lunch or dinner menu would have been Nice, as Well as a minibar, coffee/tea in the room....

Review 10:beautiful location, landscape, lovely people. Bars were self service which was very Nice as we could get drinkt any time of day.

Review 11:It wasn't really suitable for a toddler. The room that we were given couldn't have been further away from all other amenities with a lot of stairs to go down. We had booked a double bed room but were given two single beds joined together which wasn't comfortable to sleep on.

Review 12:The design was nice,

Review 13:Breakfast is overprised, beds where very hard, no facility to eat or drink in the evening, WiFi very bad reception, rooms are very nice but in my opinion the rates of this hotel are way overprised in total.

Review 14:Location, nature, the way rhe hotel is located and the amount of privacy you have.

Review 15:Unfortunately no restaurant facilities in evening. Which for mist stating in ibiza is no problem. You don't go to ibiza to sit in your hotel at night, but since we were there with a small baby it was a bit harder for us to time meal times so eating in would have been preferable.

Review 16:Lots of chilling out space soread across different locations so you could find a private spot if you wanted sun loungers outside room too! Not overwhelmed with staff. More like a villa with housekeeping breakfast superb. Staff all friendly and eager to help.

Review 17:at the first room we got, the roof was damaged and after a night of rain we had water in the room. We moved to another room but there the door to the bathroom was broken, so we couldn´t close it completely. Besides the whole room and the bathroom was not as clean as expected for a 4*. Breakfast was good but also not as complete and diverse as expected for this category of hotel.

Review 18:pool area and surrounding is wonderful! It´s very quiet - very good to relax! Gorgeous view from the breakfast area!

Review 19:A light lunch option would make this hotel much more comfortable. The pool area is so relaxing I would have enjoyed a whole day there but with no food options this is a challenge.

Review 20:Very pretty grounds. Sun loungers and pool area are the highlight. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff all very friendly. I could not fault any of these areas and would return again and recommend this hotel because of them.

Review 21:lack of tea/coffee in rooms lack of water in rooms main pool was out of use for few days during stay

Review 22:very easy to find - well sign posted beautiful grounds good value for money

Review 23:Only minor improvement would be provision of a light lunch as it is so tempting to stay there all day! They do have an 'honesty' bar so drinks and bar snacks are available all day.

Review 24:Room, bed, landscaping, pool, views, fabulous breakfast. Helpful staff.

Review 25:No staff around most of the time, need to have some sort of information book in the room so you know what's going on. no phones in the room, reception open 9-4pm? Breakfast not very impressive. need to include a "Do not disturb" sign for the door, we wanted to sleep in and were waken up every morning by cleaning staff :( every day.

Review 26:Surroundings were very nice and lots of chill out lounges, they have a self serve bar which can be handy if you don't feel like going out for a drink.

Review 27:Nothing

Review 28:Very peaceful , surrounded by spectacular nature with beautiful views. Excellent breakfast with high quality products. Comfortable big room with a large bathroom. For us everything was just perfect.

Review 29:This is really beautiful, quiet place in pine tree hills for relaxation and tranquility, far from tourist crowd. Everything was perfect for us. It's not a minus, but it should be noted that this place is better suited for those who travel by car on the island.

Review 30:Would be nice to have the option of having lunch there (just a sandwich or salad) for days when you don't want to leave the peace and tranquility of the hotel

Review 31:Beautiful location, set in wonderful grounds and gardens. Very peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend it

Review 32:The owners of this boutique rural were not really hosts. Not taking some time To make a small " experience" talk with their guests. Breakfast bit simple for a 4 star, not a lot of fresh & healthy food and one- sided

Review 33:Fantastic location. Nicely decorated place & very Well maintained. One girl of the staff is great. She is really friendly, helpfull and working hard!

Review 34:Unable to obtain meals other than breakfast.

Review 35:The staff were fantastic but not obvious.

Review 36:Poor staff levels during the day - no lunch or dinner option. The honesty bar was poorly stocked at times.

Review 37:Hotel was lovely

Review 38:The fantastic site; tranquil, relaxing and quite indulgent.

Review 39:A serene classy hilltop escape from the world. Very peaceful and the best sleep I've ever had. Breakfast was just right.

Review 40:Nothing!

Review 41:Quiet, beautiful surroundings.

Review 42:Wifi was terrible or inexistent in most of the places of the hotel.

Review 43:Facilities are simple amazing. What a place to relax and charge bateries.

Review 44:A bit too expensive.

Review 45:Very good place to relax and disconnect.

Review 46:Location and gardens

Review 47:no staff, no welcome, and no sense of effort or service.

Review 48:the location and grounds were and are very pretty.

Review 49:Would be improved with a small restaurant on site.

Review 50:Lovely views and hardly anyone else around.

Review 51:It would be better rent a car since the hotel is quite far from the airport

Review 52:Love the hotel everything is perfect especially the view

Review 53:Beautiful village.. Breath taking view.. Lovely place to chill and sit back at the mountains...

Review 54:Views were beautiful and a peaceful and relaxing hotel

Review 55:A wonderful stay in an amazingly secluded location. Fabulous views and a sumptious breakfast each morning. Would certainly go back.

Review 56:The place is truly amazing

Review 57:The room decor was a bit dated.

Review 58:Huge pool and lots of loungey areas, in June it was quiet and peaceful. I went for a run outside the grounds of the hotel which was great. You need a car to get around as it is up a hill in some woods (which adds to the beautiful scenery). In the north I recommend the beach Cala d'en Serra.. its a small hidden cove you need to walk down to but is amazing and less busy/touristy than some of the bigger beaches. The honesty bar is good, lots of choice and the staff were on hand to get me fresh lemon when I asked.

Review 59:They put us in the wrong room the first two days, a smaller one. But they gave us a discount after this incident. The location is somewhat further off from the nicest beaches. You do need a car. The gym needs revising. The sauna didn't work. But we were very early in the season.

Review 60:Beautiful views. Charming atmosphere. Original decoration. Everything beautifully kept. Staff are very friendly. Nice breakfast.

Review 61:For us Brits... A nice kettle in the room for a cup of tea would havebeen nice but not essential.

Review 62:Relaxed location and setting. Beautiful views, relaxed atmosphereand staff.

Review 63:there is some validity to the comments regarding the lack of a restaurant in the facility - but given that there are several excellent places around (La luna Nell Orto in Sant Miquel de Balasant is a great example) and the availability of the honesty bar, there is little else to ask for.

Review 64:A truly exceptional place to escape to for relaxation. Although the hotel was full, one hardly met any other guests during the daytime and there was ample choice of spots around the complex if one wanted complete solitude. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to find a romantic and relaxing (and most of all effortless) holiday in Ibiza.

Review 65:The service was terrible, self service for everything. No lunch or diner in a rural location if not ideal. We came to relax & unwind even breakfast you had no idea when you arrive & young girls just ignore you. No personality at all very bland people. We felt in the way & the service invisible!!

Review 66:the location & style of the was fantastic beautiful gardens.

Review 67:Lack of staff, empty mini bar, too DIY for a hotel, felt more like a good B&B than a hotel, breakfast disappointing, don't like plastic juice and milk containers on display

Review 68:Lovely location, great pool, staff helpful when you can find them

Review 69:They didn't have a double bed for us so we had two single bed side by side which we didn't like.

Review 70:The pools and the garden are beautiful. The breakfast was very nice. This is the perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries.

Review 71:Our room was a bit dark and damp.

Review 72:Excellent location, great views. Like staying at someone's house more than a hotel.

Review 73:The rock in the shower that was mouldy and made the room smell of damp

Review 74:Peace and tranquility

Review 75:tucked away in a quiet spot, beautiful views. Excellant food and generally very enjoyable and peaceful to stay here

Review 76:Seriously old-fashioned! Breakfast not included in room cost.

Review 77:Excellent views and secluded location. Great poolside area.
