Review 1：Heater in our room wasn't working. We had to move to another room. Baby bed was 12 euros extra. Parking is behind the building. Every time you have to walk a lot to enter the hotel. Double bed was small, like for a 1.5 persons, not for 2.

Review 9：Lots of parking places available. They had pretty decent wi-fi. The saunas were perfect. A pretty filling breakfast pack available as well. Good location in the middle of the town.
Review 10：The room was very small with 2 uncomfortable beds. The room was drab. There was a 4-star hotel (Hotel Inger) on the corner that was the same price and looked like it was a much better facility. The receptionist was absolutely no help. We asked her for train and bus information on going into Russia (to get to St. Petersburg--which is why anyone would go to Narva. She had no idea and could not get us bus or train schedules off the internet! I had to go to the Hotel Inger to get information. Overall a poor choice. I would not recommend it to others.

Review 34：The hotel is situated next to the historic places of interest and close to the center. Adjacent restaurant is cosy, and it is comfortable for a couple travelling with a child. Staff was helpful, especially the sweet girl at the restaurant. Since we were the only guests of the hotel, breakfast (quite decent) was served just for us. Price is fair enough. Работники гостиницы очень любезны, особенно милая девушка в ресторане. Мы были единственными постояльцами в отеле, и специально для нас накрыли вполне приличный завтрак. Стоимость номера невысока.
Review 35：I dunno much about Narva but one is sure, this hotel is not worth of money. Next time I'll take another hotel that is quite close to King Hotel.
Review 36：1. Heat is turned off when rooms are unoccupied, due to this there is a smell of mold and dampness. Rooms are cold. The walls are thin and even WET(there was a wet spot near the windows, in the corner). 2. Also you can hear all the sounds from the hall and from other rooms. I heard how people were doing sex and at the same time somebody wanted to enter the hotel and kept ringing to the door but THERE WERE NOBODY at reception(receptionist were sleeping or doing...what?) 3. The windows are on the sidewalk- it´s not possible to open window. Really bad light in the room. 4. Prices in restaurant are same level as in Tallinn, if not even more expensive, the quality was about norm(my dish was over salted) and the waiting time was almost an hour. If you like hotel whose owners are saving money almost on all their services and products -- you are welcome, otherwise strongly NOT recommended.
Review 37：If the Hotel sells rooms with Double bed it does not mean that you can just move 2 single beds together and it is the same. Our extra blanket (and it was cold in the room) was put inbetween the beds sowe could not use it any longer. Anyway if there are no double beds in the entire hotel so don't lie about their existence. We were told that we can check-in at 10 am without paying any extra money however the Hotel decided to sell our room to another guests to get extra money for half of the day and we got to know about that only when we have arrived. Breakfast is relatively ok but sausages are terrible.

Timing was very bad, everyone had to eat by themselves and one meal was even forgotten so the waiting time was almost an hour. After complaining no compensation was given.

Review 49：This hotel is located on a street with three restaurants, and when we came, there were noisy parties with loud music in two of them, going into the night (the restaurants are open till midnight). The room is tiny, there is no shower curtain in the bathroom, and you bump your head against the heater when you use the toilet. The breakfast buffet was poor. I will strongly not recommend this hotel for families with young children.
