White Chalet sells fast on our site. Located a 2-minute walk from the centre of Argentière, White Chalet is 1,150 feet from the ski slopes. It offers panoramic views of the Mont Blanc Massif from the common living room featuring a fireplace and flat-screen TV.
White Chalet provides guest rooms and studios. The entire chalet can also be rented. All accommodation has a private bathroom and some also offer mountain views.
Guests renting the whole chalet have access to an equipped kitchen and there is a kitchenette in the studios. Many shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the centre of Argentière.

Review 1：No ventilation in bathroom Dark hallway and entrance they are all only small things that could be improved and language issue but Tanya is learning English and French fast!

Review 5：It is called bed and breakfast but we got only bed because breakfast is for additional price 10 EUR and they weren't worth it. One night after 12 am there was no hot water and walls are paper thin so hotel is very noisy.
Review 6：There is a nice sofa sitting area where you can prepere and eat your own meal and if you ask to the owner she will give you plates, only the owner speaks russian and little bit french I think so there could be problems with communication.

It is very simple, not cosy at all, only a room with four beds, looking completely nothing like the pictures.I would not recommend it and not go back. Very expensive for what you got!!!

We complained about this and they turned it on for a short period of time - in winter at the Alps!!! We had no visibility of the reception area. Wifi did not work in rooms. This is no more than a hostel, and you should only pay hostel prices for it!

Review 36：Paper thin walls throughout chalet so you can hear everything that goes on in the next room, above you and below you. Our room was not cleaned during the duration of our stay (we stayed for more than 2 days). Also there is a train track directly in front of the hotel

Review 38：First room, (studio) was cold, no heat till we complained then a spaceheater was lugged in. No toilet paper, towels were nearly transparentand threadbare. One quilt for two beds (our daughter was to sleep on thesofa bed). The studio was tiny and not well represented in the photos onthe booking.com site. Only one photo of that particular room and itshows very little and is not labelled as that studio room so it isimpossible to know in advance what it looks like. There was a reallanguage barrier as the proprietor speaks Russian and very littleEnglish. He had to bring a friend in to translate when we had concerns.The new larger room we were moved to had no kitchenette as we haddesired so I requested to have the coffee maker and 3 mugs in our roomand initially we were denied but then persuaded them to allow it. Ourroom was not cleaned the next day and we were staying 2 nights. The wifiwas very intermittent up in the upper floor room we were moved to. Thecost of the room was overpriced even for the larger room we upgraded to.It was approx. 175 Euros per night with no breakfast. We could havebooked a triple room including breakfast in Chamonix for 120 Euros(found this after arrival and searching for something better online).Would never recommend this accommodation to anyone.
