Review 1：No serious downsides. If anything, the matresses could be better. The food in the restaurant was OK, but not as great as the rest of the place.
Review 2：We had a great view from our apartment, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment was quiet, very clean and roomy. The staff was super friendly.
Review 3：Reserving the sunbeds is forbidden and still everyone did it! If there are written rules, they should be obeyed by everyone.

Review 5：The villa is upside down, bedroom was down below the lounge and so had no view to wake up to. It looked onto the front of next pathway of villas (built on a hill) Not all villas on las Rosas are like this.
Review 6：Views of the cliffs from the pool area are stunning. The villa is a very short walk from the pool. Staff are friendly and the food in site is good. Plenty of other restaurants to try in walking distance including a sporting club next door.

Review 8：Perfect hotel for us. Fantastic large terrace with full views of the ocean and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. Clean and well furnished bungalows. Fully equipped kitchen. Stuff helpful and always smiling. They provided us all the help we asked for with great affection. Wi-fi in the rooms paid for, but at the reception, restaurant and swimming pool free of charge. Nearby shops, restaurants, shops, but the place is quiet and very friendly. To a great beach Guios 7 minutes by car, about 30 minutes walk. Public parking (free) just outside the hotel, but during the weekend ran out of places.
