Review 1：its an old complex , rooms are rather 90's style and need solid equipment exchange, we got a room on a net floor,next to the pool and during the whole night long the water pipe ( sucking water) was making a terrible noise.

Review 5：A very small pool side across the street and located near the main street Not inviting to stay there long Every morning at 6 a.m. we jumped out of bed because a very noisy truck (estim. 80 dB) cleaned the street just 10m in front of the appartment, Garbage collection half an hour later Before 6 also almost every day a lot of glass bottles were thrown into the glass container
Review 6：Very clean and very helpful and friendly staff The appartment was very well equipped (lot of dishes, microwave besides the oven, toaster) even a washing machine. They even provided dish washing liquid and new towels for washing the dishes . Welcome wine and water
Review 7：Very nice apartments, great views and friendly staff. Lidl and a hiperdino within a 2 minute walk a beach 8 minutes walk and 2 larger beaches around 20 minutes walk.

Review 9：The apartment was a good size with a great view out to sea and La Gomera and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. On really clear days you can also make out La Palma. A variety of bars and restaurants for both locals and tourists are within walking distance in both Puerto de Santiago and Los Gigantes. Supermarkets are also within easy walking distance. As I was here primarily to cycle, a lift up to my fourth floor apartment and plenty of storage was ideal. Free Wi Fi worked pretty well, although it was only free in the communal areas. Staff were helpful and friendly. Car parking was on street, but out of season it was never a problem getting parked. The pool and in particular my balcony got sun well into the evening

Review 11：A hotel which attracts a certain kind of tourisme. Not really our thing, but in general we were satisfied with the staff and the room. We were 4 friends staying for 2 nights, which was just enough to do a jetski trip and hike along the Masca valley.

Review 13：Very well equipped apartment, especially the kitchen, plenty of space, clean and tidy, a very pleasant space to veg out after days out. Easy to find with ample parking. Very close to supermarkets and choices of restaurants at Los gigantes and Puerto Santiago. Perfect for us as we don't spend time lazing on beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 16：a bit uphill (though 90% of places are so in LosGigantes/PtoSantiago). Please note that the 2 beaches available on foot are 10 and 15to20 min walks away. Some apartments open to the small cul-de-sac w/parking cars.
Review 17：silent area at a vibrant resort. Half board is very good value for money, dinners are great variety. Staff guys are very friendly and serve w/a good attitude. Evening live performances have a nice flavour. Very well equipped large apartments (we had 2 leves in the 2 bedrooms' one), cleaning every 3rd day, absolutely clean. Amazing location, excellent view to sea and the Rocks. Away from main roads (nearest motorway is 20 kms) - an advantage. Most beautiful place on Tenerife as per nature beauty. Very good climate.
Review 18：The first apartment we were given had no view and very dark.Felt we down in a hole!We asked for a change of apartment which was done with no problem. The new apartment was brilliant. Great view and full of light.No airconditioning in living area,only in bedrooms.we were a party of 5 so one person slept on the couch,So quite hot for them.

Review 21：Brilliant holiday for me and my girlfriend. Beautiful views of the cliffs and harbour. Lovely pool area. Brilliant service from reception who catered to our every need. Exceptional service from the entire bar staff Hose, Hose and Lauder. Apartments clean and tidy upon arrival. Nothing to complain about and cannot praise this hotel enough.

Lots of choices of good food. Well stocked, good value supermarket right on the doorstep. Varied entertainment available. Great bus service.
Review 25：Wifi could have a bit more consistent. I am a heavy user so it is probably ok for the average user. Locks on the balcony door were terrible. Three types of locks were installes of which two were broken and the third one was really really basic. We rented the safe which gave us a secure feeling.
