Review 1：Room door was not working well - not closing from outside easily. Too cold in room - if switch heating more then #3 - very noizy from heating. Small pillows.

Review 3：One member of staff was very helpful, but other didn't spoke Estonian language. There was an abandoned house just behind the hotel wall.

Review 4：The distances to the railway station and to the castle were just perfect to have short walk.

Review 5：The restaurant of the hotel has good food, but the service was available only in Russian. First night the service was good and the food was excellent, but on the second day something went terribly wrong; We had to wait for over an hour and a half to get our order and many diners didn't get theirs at all. So book the hotel, but be wary of the restaurant!

Review 6：The hotel is placed well: Close to everything nice, but not in a crowded or noisy center. That is, peaceful, good boulevards for walking dogs, no noise from traffic and only about 500 meters from shopping centers and the best sights.

Review 7：Something wrong with facilities - terrible smell of sewer was coming out of the shower room in the night, hope that was by accident. In the morning the personnel said that we could be relocated if asked, but we stayed only one night.

Review 8：Decent place to stay in Narva - close to the bus/train station and not so far from the Castle/Petrovskya Square, but quite distant from the City Hall. Excellent personnel, modest good breakfast and clean rooms.

Review 10：In the room on the walls and ceiling, large spider webs, sink in the bathroom was clogged. At 23.00 in the hall of the restaurant put out the light. After closing the door to the room between the door and door frame interval of about 2 cm ... everyone can see you !

Review 28：the restaurant should not name cottage cheese the sweet mass they serve!!! Plus, if you mark coffee and forget to mark sugar, you stay with no sugar, very uncomfortable.

Review 29：interior of the hotel should be improved in different ways (that is my opinion): design, cleanliness, furniture and so on. I compare with a hotel in Cologne (Кельн, Германия) with a similar price. In that hotel all services were on a higher level. And the room itself was much better.

Review 39：Chose a more expensive room in the hope it would be better, what a waste, supposed free mini bar contained 1 beer,1 'long drink' and 1 fanta on enquiring a further beer was obtained! Hotel backs onto derelict building and tarmaced space which appears to be used by all the local low life for revving cars and playing music till all hours . Unbearable heat and no air con. Dining room has filthy stained carpet , rooms in need of refurb. Wifi patchy nonexistent in bedroom. No wonder they ensure you pay in advance rather than on check out.

The free minibar that was in our "business twin room" only contained drinks for one person: one small water, one beer, one fanta and one long drink. We would also have appreciated an extra pillow.

Review 54：You could see light from the hall between the door and the door jam. The service in the restaurant was very poor. We ordered soup and salad for dinner one night and after waiting 40 minutes, my husband went to find the waitress to ask how much longer and was told 10 more minutes. He told her to cancel the order. She was talking to the cook and the restaurant was not crowded.

Review 55：We liked the view - we could see a Russian castle on the other side of the river and an Estonian fortress on our side of the river. The two young women who maned the front dest were delightful and friendly.

Review 56：Unclean carpet in the room seems since 1990s kept. Unpleasant stinky odor in bathroom. Room poorly equipped with beds of cheap and bathroom devices cheap and bin busted. I would rather count that for 2 stars but wouldn't like stay there ever after.

Review 58：The restaurant looked nice but the waitresses took ages to come and takeour order and then took almost an hour to serve one plain meat dish !Food in the hotel is quite expensive compared to other places. (Theother hotel we stayed at , The Hotel Yes at Narva-Joesuu was a smallerestablishment but their restaurant was actually much better than thisone ,in terms of service , quality and value for money ). The only otherslight disappointment at the Narva hotel was the beds , which were solumpy it actually impaired sleep.

Review 59：The staff were extremely helpful , letting us check in slightly earlierand offering information on travel in and around the city. The staff allspoke English . I had asked on my booking form if there might be anychance of a river facing room and we were given a large triple roomfacing the river and the fabulous views of the Ivangorod Fortress(Russian side)! This hotel has a lift . It is very near Narva busstation for buses to Tallinn. Nothing was too much trouble for the staffhere, and they organised 3 breakfasts for me and my two children on themorning of our departure as we were setting out on our journey home prebreakfast at the hotel . The location is excellent if you want to be inthe centre or want to visit the Ivangorod Fortress or Hermann Castle ,both of which are only 2 streets away.

Review 60：I was a little disappointed about this hotel. The hotel itself is a bit old. The room, although it is big, it has a lack of personality (old furniture and carpet not so clean). There is no wireless in the rooms. Staff disappeared during breakfast.

Review 61：The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It is only few block from all Narva attractions.
