Review 1：Don't order the cocktails. Terrible. Stock to what the Spainish know best - Sangria.

Review 7：Hotel caters mainly for Germans and there was a lack of parity in provision of information etc in both languages. There was no spa list available in English and none of the 65 channels on the TV were English, although about 20 were in German. Most staff spoke pretty good English.

Review 9：Highly recommend this hotel, it is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxation. Perfect for those wanting to escape the busy coastal areas but within easy driving distance for day trips to beaches and exploring the island. Sa Bassa Rotja is great value for money with a wide variety of activities available: yoga, tennis, ping pong, spa with massage, turkish bath, sauna and gym. The staff are amazing too providing excellent service guaranteeing a carefree and relaxing stay.

Review 12：The gym hardly had anything in it and its a big room so they could do a lot with the space. Also we weren't allowed to have our own bottled water by the poolside with us - they expected us to buy them from the bar which was 2.50 euros for a small bottle. In the heat you need to drink a lot and I thought this was extremely unfair.

Review 24：I have travelled a great deal for business and leisure over the last 20 years and Hotel Sa Bassa stands out as one of the best places I have stayed for relaxation, comfort and good service. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.
