Review 1：The staff is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Don't ask anything as then you're just a pain for them... The head of the bed is like 'carpet', not vacuumed, it was full of hair. When we asked for early breakfast, they promised a possible 15min (!!!) earlier start -when it usually starts at 8am- and they haven't communicated this to their colleagues so the 15min was wasted on explanation of this... :( They don't like speaking English. No heating at all through the night at 0 Celsius outside. I'll make sure never go back there, the unfriendliest and worst hotel experience in my life

Review 7：I was a bad trip into the past....never ever again...first impression - cigarette smoke in lobby, no free parking space upon arrival (I was told I should park somewhere in the city), the equipment of room from 1970s and the biggest joke was infra sauna in wellness where you had to throw 5 euros in to get it work....and wellness opened till 19:00 and you have to order a massage few days before :-((((

Review 8：A very plain room, with no sound deadening at all (you can hear the conversation of people in the room next door), no shampoo in the room and all for a very similar price to what we have paid for a similar room in New York, London, etc.

Pictures at Booking.comare far away from reality and I strongly suggest Hotel and Booking.comto include in general as much as possible realistic pictures for certainroom level and associate these with respective booking line (P.S. ingeneral, do not understand why there are very often pictures fromsurrounding nature and not from hotel/rooms details !). We havebooked Economy double room and what we got was ugly / 30 years oldfurniture style room / dirty walls / old bathroom !!! (P.S. As agood point for hotel; room was changed for second night, when compliant,but this is not the way it should work). My favourite one Wifi; again donot understand why this is not working in all hotel in 2013!, but evenmore promised functionality in the lobby was far away from 'workingwifi'.

Review 19：Breakfast; as we stayed in most of Mariazell hotels over last years,this is probably best 'breakfast place'. Location; location isvery good for being in the small centre and getting to the lift from thecity. English; they do speak English fairly ok.

Review 20：Room was not warm enough. Cigarette butts10-15 were left on the terracerailing. The advertised wifi was not working. The staff wasunresponsive. The spa/pool/sauna was much to small; there wasnever a free space or any real privacy there. The food services closedat 10.00 and Dinner was unavailable after 20.00
