Reviews for Inger Hotel

Review 1:Very cold rooms in November but heather could be arranged by asking. Parking unsafe even if it is supposed to be monitored. Shower cabin almost falls apart, bad draining and bad smell from carpet in the room. Dogs 10e/dog/night.

Review 2:A short walk to the sports arena. Good breakfast. Big rooms, generally fresh hotel.

Review 3:I had a room with Sauna and there was a sign that do not throw water to the rocks...like buying a car and putting a sign - no fuel to the tank please

Review 4:Nice quiet location, although next to big road, windows blocked the noise really well. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Review 5:This is a fairly miserable spot. The staff are unsmiling, the twin beds are extremely uncomfortable cots, the wifi is spotty at best, and the whole place is fairly tired.

Review 6:It is what it says on the tin. Probably overpriced for what you get, though.

Review 7:(-) beds very narrow (less than 80 cm), (-) no fridge or mini-bar (-) in the room very hot during the day and very cold at night (-) no air conditioning.

Review 8:The hotel is very nice from the outside, but there is no service inside. I was terribly disappointed...

Review 9:A mat in the bathroom is a must! A fridge and a kettle in the room would also be desireble.

Review 10:Clean room, simple, but tasty breakfast. Strong Wi-Fi connection.

Review 13:Not so much space for parking. Bed's are terrible. Breakfast menu is poor. The tv in rooms are old and small without remote control even. The hotel is close to the one of main streets so there are traffic sounds if you open window.

Review 14:WiFi signal and speed was good:) There was and cable TV. Two beds and and not overloaded with furniture room.

Review 15:Beds in our room were so worn out, we could not sleep in them. Staff was very cold and uninterested to make any changes. A tour manager kindly gave us their extra, paid room (which the hotel had re-sold to another guest without permission!) for one night. The new room, just "cleaned", had bits of chocolate on the floor. Extra payment of pets was not mentioned before we entered the hotel and it was +50 % of room charge for 2 small dogs. The worst experience in any hotel in Estonia. Definitely not a 3-star accommodation.

Review 16:Restaurant food was excellent, the breakfast not so much. Car parking was near and convenient. Situation of hotel is excellent when travelling with dogs. Wifi worked well.

Review 17:room was dirty and with the bad smell. sink in the bathroom was very small placed in the corner with no space to bend over it. all furniture was very old. all bed linen was small for the bed which is very not hygienic as my legs were straight on the mattress, imagine many people touching the same mattress. blanked was short for me and I am average person. so I had to choose shoulders or legs to cover + in the morning room temperature decreased. also I could hear people walking the corridor like they were next to my bed. breakfast was awful - canned stuff and even bread was hard and never bad such bad taste before. morning shift staff was impolite. overall I felt like back in USSR, even in Belorussia you do not get such experience today...

Review 18:I did not like anything.

Review 19:It has pretty rooms but the temperature in our room reminds Estonian economic nature: it was not cold just some not-warm. It might be appropriate to advise hotel's administration set in room more glasses or cups.

Review 20:Really lovely hotel is situated in five minutes walking after the Russian-Estonian border.

Review 21:old furniture in room, squeaky bed (at least for me). We stayed for short time- so nothing more to notice

Review 22:Location was good, free parking, good wi-fi connection, good breakfast, large room (at least in our room). Staff speak rus and eng- so no problem to communicate.

Review 23:The hotel is old, basic and there's no airconditioning. It's better to eat breakfast out, even if it's included in your rate.

Review 24:Not much to like but there aren't a lot of budget choices in Narva. The parking was free and all the sights of the city are close by.

Review 25:Rooms are a little shabby, and water was not always hot.

Review 26:The hotel is safe, clean and well located. Everything worked, which I don't take for granted!

Review 27:Poor breakfast, specially when you don't want to wake up at 7, because 9.30 almost everything good is finished. Very noisy, when you have room with a street view.

Review 28:Clean big rooms.

Review 29:-No air conditioning. Nowhere. -Very awful installed water closet! No free space for usage. Like in 6th in USSR. .

Review 30:Very great Swedish breakfast!!! Good personnel. WIFI is everywhere good.

Review 31:The garbage truck came at 7am behind our window and made awful noise for quite some time. Didn't fell asleep anymore. The room was very hot and no air came from the window.

Review 32:It was inexpensive and included breakfast. The location is quite central.

Review 33:Even the longish walks to get places were fine my only issue was the wifi which either worked really well or not at all. Despite many options it did not work for many hours

Review 34:Value for money (paying discounted price) was really good hostel prices for hotel accommodation Included breakfast was fresh, high quality and included

Review 35:I've chosen "quiet room" on booking page, and felt something would be different. It was: instead of a usual big room facing the yard, we've been given funny smelling tiny room with a window to the street. No aircon means the window should be open even at night, which made putting our baby to sleep very difficult, because there is a karaoke-restaurant on the first floor. Receptionist was less friendly than usual, and breakfast was a bit colder. I hope this is just one-time incident, though now I guess we'll start checking out other hotels in Narva.

Review 36:Good as always, nice location, a lot of meat for breakfast. We stay in this hotel every time we're in Estonia.

Review 37:Thin walls

Review 38:Good location and staff

Review 39:Parking lot is not safe (some car's glasses were broken) and there is not enought space for customers cars.

Review 40:Nice rooms and restaurant

Review 41:Various breakfast, very good location, large room

Review 42:Beds were sliding apart

Review 43:Location and price-performance ratio was unbeatable

Review 44:Diner was, compared with roomprice rather expensive and not enough for us

Review 45:Good price/quality.

Review 46:Devices are old, room is not very clean, lift was even broken...

Review 47:Staff was ok

Review 48:Dry sauna I.e. couldn't pour water on stove

Review 49:Sauna

Review 50:Cleaning ladies started clean very earlier Sunday and they was speaking so loud in hallway that I couldn't sleep later then 9:00 am

Review 51:Location

Review 52:-

Review 53:Mõnus hotell kesklinnas. Toekas hommikusöök, meeldiv personal, parkimisvõimalus. Külastaks meeleldi veel!

Review 54:Extremely narrow bed. Bedsheet not covering the entire bed. Don't expect any cleaning if you stay more than one night.

Review 55:Great location.

Review 56:Noise

Review 57:Cheap

Review 58:Level of hotel is poor!

Review 59:Location.

Review 60:Water pressure in bath was poor.

Review 61:The food in restaurant was so good, quite place, can sleep late, room was warm and nice.

Review 62:Sauna in the room Friendly Staff

Review 63:Broken remote for cable tv...

Review 64:Professional staff,nice breakfast.

Review 65:Nice location, close to the border. The breakfast was nice and diverse.

Review 66:Staff, breakfast

Review 67:The building is a bit old, hence narrow corridors and shabby doors, but the rooms are OK

Review 68:Decent buffet breakfast, good Wi-Fi connection

Review 69:Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast pretty good. Staff handled everything including luggage dropoff quickl and without any complications.

Review 70:Hotel looks old and updated. Narva is looks like Russia, not Nice.

Review 71:Hotel ok, big room, good breakfast, restaurants and shopping centre near.

Review 72:very uncomfortable bed, no refridgerator, very small bathroom, it was like a 2stars hotel!!!!!

Review 73:good place, good breakfast

Review 74:Very uncomfortable beds, Poor breakfast, Noise from street every morning, No air-conditioning

Review 75:Most horrible and expensive hotel i ever visited

Review 76:The only shelf for your stuff was a small glass shelf under a mirror in the bathroom. The pillow in the bed was very small.

Review 77:The rooms were really spacious and the bathroom was big enough as well. The sauna in our other room was enjoyable. Breakfast was ok.

Review 78:Room was not tidy, and the linen in beds were so tiny that the maddrasses were not totally covered.

Review 79:Staff in reception was good and english speaking. Breakfast room was large enough. Large windows that could be opened.

Review 80:It was cold in the room. I went to the reception desk and asked for help. The answer was, that central heating was provided automatically, so nothing could be done. Strange...

Review 81:The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast quite fine. The hotel is situated quite near to the central square.

Review 82:no soundproofing in the rooms. conversations of drunk people in the hallway prevent sleep. perhaps it's the only serious drawback.

Review 83:lovely breakfast. good restaurant. great offer for little money. additional services such as Thai massage

Review 84:The room was depressing and very gloomy. Condensation constatly pooled on the windows and the room had a damp atmosphere. The carpet was stained, the bathroom was not the cleanest and it was not cleaned properly in the whole week we stayed at the hotel. The central heating did not work which was not ideal since we had a 15 month old baby with us during our stay. We asked reception about this and they simply gave us a small fan heater. No kettle was provided, we again asked about this as we required this for our child,we were told we would not be given a kettle. Staff were not friendly, they were dour and not very helpful. The breakfast was not the best either.

Review 85:Nothing positive to say other than it was fairly close to the supermarke/shopping centre.

Review 86:The room we had was a disaster! It really needs renovation, especially the carpet and the beds need to be renewed (this is not a three star hotel...)! Our room was situated near a lamp which illuminates the parking place behind the hotel. The curtains were very thin so that the whole night the room was light -flooded. The room was not comfy at all and we are happy that we spent only one night there. I don't know how the other rooms looked like but I would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially for more than one night. It might be suitable for people who don't want to spend much money and don't care much about comfort. However, I can get by far better rooms for the same price!

Review 87:The staff was friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of meals. Room was clean.

Review 88:No air condition in the rooms. You better ask a room, which is not located at the street side, so you can keep your window open.

Review 89:Excellent location, friendly staff. Wifi worked well also in the hotel rooms. Breakfast was served even longer than last minute, that was really friendly.

Review 90:There was a wedding at the hotel on the night we stayed there so there was quite a lot of noise, also the room was really hot and didn't have aircondition

Review 91:Price was really really low considering the room we got! We would have paid much more if we knew how big and awesome the room was (it had sauna and everything!). The hotel was clean and nice and the breakfast was really good and had everything we needed. This hotel was really positive surprise!

Review 92:deluxe room was quite shabby, deluxe room name made me wait something little more high grade. Restaurant was very very noise, too much music volume for foodrestaurant.

Review 93:Excellent location, good parking, spacy room.

Review 94:Very very loudy, walls are too thin, people were signing all the nignt at the restaurant,

Review 95:It was very cold in the rooms. Rather poor breakfast, small beds. There`re better hotels in Narva.

Review 96:Usual Estonian hotel. Big rooms, friendly staff, good location.

Review 97:For 7 nights nobody changed my towells, except the last day when Iasked. Personnel of the hotel is speaking a basic English.

Review 98:Kind personnel, good food, and good position.

Review 99:Nice hotel in centre of Narva, very friendly staff. Good restaurant on the 1st floor. Very good value for money. I had extra large business room with bath:)

Review 100:During our stay there were problems with the restaurant in the evening and we had to go around and find another place. Breakfast was good.

Review 101:Easy to find, near the most significant tourism objects, the stuff could speak both Russian and English. We could buy souvenires at the hotel. Safe parking lot, rooms simple but clean, good access to internet, fast enough.

Review 102:I took this hotel as best in Narva but seems that hotel is dead.Breakfast is poor. But main problem personell nothing particular butfeeling is bad. As prove of don't care attitude were newspapers datedMarch it means nobody checked them for 4 months !!!

Review 103:Location And price

Review 104:Excellent location for the NarvaBike event. Hotel is located in thecenter. Motocycle parking is available near the hotel. Restoran withopen area are very nice.

Review 105:We stayed for two nights and it was surprising that the beds had not been made the first morning even if the maid had obviously been in the room. The beds were definitely among the narrowest ones I have ever met in a hotel. The furniture is very basic but for the price we paid ok. All this is a bit amazing in a hotel with a day spa (that we did not try).

Review 106:Good position. Our room was very spacious. At least in our case absolutely excellent value for money.

Review 107:Bed lining not confortable (maybe it is a sort of east europeanstandard). Cannot place the sheets and blankets under the mattressaround the bed so that in the morning when you wake up the bed isa real mess

Review 108:Very fast WiFi connection everywhere in the hotel (room, lobby andrestaurant). Kindness of staff Good quality of the grestaurant

Review 109:There are not working hair dryer in sauna, and there was not cleanbathroom in our room.

Review 110:Great location, good price, big room. Main: sauna is available since 8amtill 10am and free of charge. And there are russian staff in the hotel.Good for weekend!

Review 111:Beds & matresses are quite old & uncomfy.

Review 112:Fair value for money. Pretty spaceous clean room. Was staying for onenight only, while waiting in a queue to cross est-rus border.

Review 113:Lot of things sold at reception but no toothpaste, no shower curtain, not so nice bathroom.

Review 114:Helpful staff, nice breakfast, good location.

Review 115:I didn't like breakfast.

Review 116:Nice clean rooms.

Review 117:I felt sigaret smoke everywhere, in the lift , in the bath. Bath is really small as a wardrobe.

Review 118:Breakfast was ok for 3 stars

Review 119:Bed basic. A bit stark.

Review 120:Clean. Excellent location within walking distance of sites. Breakfast ok. Good value.

Review 121:Breakfast wasn`t good. Poor soundproofing.

Review 122:Good location.

Review 123:Near a shopping center

Review 124:Food in hotel restaurant not value of money at all

Review 125:Dirty laundry left in room.

Review 126:Large rooms, location.

Review 127:Good hotel for staying in Narva))

Review 128:A great place!!! Very nice service! We were very pleased with everything :-)

Review 129:Soviet style hotel, service and rooms.

Review 130:Breakfast not bad for this hotel category.

Review 131:rooms are cold, even in this relatively warm winter

Review 132:Sauna in the deluxe room was great; food in the restaurant was very good and inexpensive

Review 133:small shower and morrow near the wall. punch when combing in the bathroom

Review 134:hospitality, breakfast, easy to find
